“Highly recommend Cats Whiskers, we have left our cats with them each year for 10 years and sometimes more than once a year. Our cats are well looked after, fed and watered. It's like a second home to them now, very clean and if necessary an onsite vet is available. We wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“We have used The Kossetted Kat for a number of years and would thoroughly recommend Penny and her mom.I was nervous about leaving Tink initially because she was diabetic and needed insulin injections twice a day. Penny and her mom were happy to do this as many catteries are not. Unfortunately on her last stay Tink was taken ill and the care and kindness shown was amazing .Sadly it wasn't a good outcome for Tink and she had to be put to sleep. The kindness shown by Penny will stay with me as I know Tink was safe in her care.”

“I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)”

“the best vets in my experience for small animals. i have used first vets on several occasions now for my guinea pigs, the most recent being for an emergency. we were able to get an emergency appointment within half an hour of phoning. the vets are not only knowledgeable but so kind as well. i have experienced different vets surgeries in the past who are afraid of small animals or have refused to touch them but nothing compares to the care both my guinea pig and i received at first vets. the vet we saw talked us through our options and didn’t make us feel rushed to make a decision. unfortunately, my guinea pig was put down but they handled her with dignity and respect, wrapping her in a clean blanket for me to take her home in. i must also praise the reception staff as well, who were so genuinely kind and compassionate. we were so very well looked after on a truly awful evening, i really am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet practice in my area.”

I arrived at this veterinary practice and was greeted in a wonderful manner by a very hyper receptionist, who escorted me to a seat and informed me that the Vet that had been informed that I have indeed arrived. The Vet then opened the consultation room door, and walked with me into the room, I was then met by a very energetic Spanish woman who was quite clearly obsessed with my canine companion who is called Belle. She provided a thorough examination whilst talking to her in a VERY high pitched tone of voice. She then administered the vaccine and asked if she could show the rest of the practice what a delightful patient she was, in which I agreed, I then saw my companion being paraded around the practice as some sort of icon. Once returned I headed to reception when a male member of staff (Jacobe) I think his name was, shook my hand and said thank you for being here this morning and thank you for being the wonderful human being you are.”

“I can’t thank Vets for Pets West Bromwich enough for the incredible care they gave to my cat. He had a very poorly eye that needed surgery, and the whole team were outstanding from start to finish. The facilities are spotless and state-of-the-art, and every staff member we met was kind, patient and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated throughout, and treated my cat as if he were their own. His recovery has been amazing thanks to their skill and attention.”

“I can't fault this place . My beloved cat was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. The receptionist staff have always been kind and thoughtful, explaining the medication. Also if I need to call the reception staff are always kind and caring. The Vet/ Surgeon Victor Daniel Garcia was exceptional with my Cat Sherlock. He genuinely showed care and compassion and kindness . He went above and beyond went Sherlock was diagnosed with anemia, checking him over for his own peace of mind . I cannot thank him enough, sadly my Sherlock passed away peacefully. I called up to cancel his appointments . The receptionist was so kind and sympathetic. It isn't always about money as I feel they all genuinely care . Keep up your kindness and compassion THANK YOU”

“A lovely home away from home for your cat. Blue had a lovely time here & when we got him home he was happy as when he left. You could tell he was well looked after. Been to another cattery & he was so stressed when I got him home, he smelt & his bed was super dirty. But no such signs this time round after his 4 day stay here.
