“Meridian Vets are absolutely brilliant- Larissa has been looking after our kitties for years and she’s just fabulous. She’s kind, considerate, professional and empathetic- all our kitties are and have been rescues, sometimes with a traumatic past so this has made a big difference to their care. They all love her ! All the other vets we’ve seen over the years have been great too and the nurses are fantastic and caring. The receptionists are brilliant- always kind and understanding . We would highly recommend this practice- Thank you Meridian for looking after our beloved pets x”

“Popped in on a whim as wanting to avoid any fried options and decided upon the lunch special. Shared with husband - 3 sides and a hot main (stuffed aubergine with new potato salad, sweet potatos and mushrooms and spinach). The serving sizes were a real surprise at first then the taste was even better. Hoping to return!”

“We was a group of four on a Saturday lunchtime, we managed to get the last big table. Was a lovely vibe we all had a big breakfast and lots of goodies to help with a hangover. The food was fantastic and wasn't a long wait, everyone was really friendly and the price was reasonable.”

The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the staff were polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I can highly recommend eating here. We were so lucky to have had Cynthia meet with us! She was organised and methodical in her approach, as well as so patient with our million questions! We also appreciated her approach to providing us with advice as we weren't met with the typical sales-y way of just trying to direct us to get whatever is most expensive; instead - she asked us about our lifestyle and expectations/requirements from the items we were looking to buy and provided her input based on that. We're not going to buy the items today, but know that when the time comes, we'll be coming back to this store and asking for Cynthia specifically!”

“I took my old beloved faithful shoes in for repair that should have gone in the bin as over ten years old. Collected them two days later and have been brought back to life. Excellent workmanship with new sole and heals and stitching. Had another pair of shoes re-healed with metal heals which is hard to come by now as most places only do rubber heals which do not last. This is excellent service and give 10/10 not to mention the cost which is far way cheaper than other places without the quick personable service. The most kind gentleman, also removed chewing gum off of shoes which I failed to do with ice. He really does care about your shoes and goes beyond just repair. I was not charged for stitching to my shoes which a previous company just bodged with glue and had an ugly lump on my shoe. This has now been professionally repaired. Can't say enough about this kind man and he offers a first class service in all respects. No matter how battered your shoes are, he makes them look good again and is a most honourable man. It went in a little worse for wear and came out better than it’s ever been. - upgraded my old handle bars to Aeros, - changed & re routing all the cables - wrapping new bar tape - adjusted the break and gear levers. - fixed my front mec - fitted a new rear cassette - fitted a new jockey wheel - gave the bike a ‘platinum service’ Throughout the service he kept me updated on how it was going and any recommendations he would advise. “Close by Berwick Railway Station there is a gem called Berwick Service Station. Despite living close by for many years I've used garages close to . my workplace. However, earlier this year I had serious engine failure nearby to Berwick Service Station. I was greeted in reception with a smile and immediately felt comfortable leaving my vehicle. They completed a major job to my entire satisfaction. Recently, an unfortunate shunt demanded another visit to this gem in Berwick and a lovely smile by Mary-Ann at reception. I had noticed some very posh expensive cars on their premises and was aware of their body workshop. George, their bodywork specialist viewed the damage to my vehicle and cheerfully conveyed 'no problem'. In record time my car was ready for collection and I was truly gobsmacked on seeing the superb workmanship both on bodywork and final paint finish. A truly professional piece of work by a craftsman. Look, I've told you about this gem, but don't go waffling to your mates in the pub about it.”
