“I visited the Pelham arms as part of a large group for a Sunday Roast. The service and food were excellent. There was a choice of four meats and two vegetarian options. They were serving a lunch menu, too. The gluten free roast was exceptional. The staff are always really helpful. Can’t rate this place enough. Thank you, Pelham Arms.”

“A great little Bar-Restaurant located not far from the River Adur. It has a decent variety of local beers, ales, and gins. There was a reasonable amount of indoor and outdoor seating for its size. With outdoor seating, it leaves you in a great atmosphere, especially when the sun is shining and the nice cool breeze from the river hits you. The food I had was very tasty and freshly cooked. There's a good mixture of choices of options on the menu depending on your preferences. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. The number of toilet facilities was fairly limited for both male and females. Overall, everything was fairly priced. I had a pleasant experience on this visit, so I would definitely like to visit again.”

“Thai Crystal was a total lifesaver with the kitchen open until 10pm when many other establishments had already closed kitchens at 9pm. I don’t mean to imply that it’s a last choice on the main restaurant street of Haywards Heath—it’s totally a first choice if you’re in the mood for filling Thai dishes. We loved our food. The staff was so friendly. The kitchen was quick for the amount of food we ordered. The prices are very reasonable (granted you aren’t in the middle of London). The menu is clearly marked with spicy, vegetarian, etc notations. The ambiance is nice with white tablecloths and napkins in addition to a TV looping calming landscape scenery. Thai Crystal has at least 2 other locations around London.”

“Fantastic Sunday Roast, 2 for £30 at time of visiting. Sirloin beef was generous and food was served piping hot. The pub itself is reasonably small, but well appointed. Really charming stained glass and wood panelling interior, plus a few tables outside. Friendly staff and locals.”

The shakes are thick, creamy, and full of flavour, made fresh to order with quality ingredients. Whether you choose a classic or something indulgent like Nutella or Biscoff, they are the perfect sweet finish to your meal, and the prices are very reasonable too.”

“A Hidden Gem in Brighton – A Must Visit! We stumbled across Busby and Wilds by chance while looking for somewhere dog-friendly with good food — and it absolutely did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Emily, which instantly made us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made fresh with care. Every bite was spot on. It’s rare to find a place that nails the balance of great atmosphere, amazing food, and genuine hospitality. This is now my go-to spot whenever I’m in Brighton. I always thought it looked a bit empty when passing but it's spacious with plenty of inside and outside seating. It was fairly full with a nice atmosphere. We both had poached eggs on sour dough/multi grain toast with crispy bacon and vine tomatoes. The best breakfast I've had for a very long time. Very well presented and served.
