βWe had a wonderful meal here from Nick who runs Kab, a Thai supper club inspired by Northern Thai cuisine and his experiences in the area. As someone who has grown up in Southeast Asia the flavours on show I feel were highly authentic, punchy and most importantly, absolutely delicious. The wines and drinks available were ample and paired well. Another highlight was eating at the communal dining table and ultimately making friends with everyone over delicious food and drink. Overall a very fairly priced, authentic, unique and delicious dining experience. Definitely a hidden gem in the Brighton and Hove dining scene and well worth a detour!β
