“I came for the bottomless brunch. Harri the bartender was great and made sure we always had cocktails ready to drink, there was a lovely lady called Lisa serving us. Honestly service here has always been great. I prefer the general menu to the bottomless brunch menu but that doesn’t take away from the experience at all!”

“Delicious Steak, Great Service! We had a fantastic dinner at this steakhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly. Juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The sides were also spot on, especially the grilled vegetables and chunky fries. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cosy, and the small touches (like the chimichurri sauce and candlelight) made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality steak and a relaxed dining vibe!”

“The food was really nice, different to what I was expecting taste wise but definitely not bad, the textures were great and we LOVED our drinks. We got vegan churros at the end and they tasted great as well. The service was one of the best ever, our host, Lauren, was incredibly sweet and funny and she made our experience a thousand times better. The reason we went into the place was because of how pretty and nice it looked like from the outside, and the inside was even better. Great lighting, spacious and tall ceilings, and cool graphics all around.”

The food was delicious, the service was excellent considering we had a table for 7 children and a table for parent, which didn't affect the staff from being friendly and polite. “Came here for the first time on Saturday for their bottomless brunch deal for £25, great price for starters. Had a choice of 3 dishes off the menu, we also ordered more alongside as we felt they might be a little small.... Well.. the portions were bigger then expected definitly enough for 1 between 2 poss 3 all cooked amazingly not one bad dish and OMG their summer spritz white sangri is the nicest drink iv had in a long time, try if you can. Staff were great and so atenttative too would highly recommend and can't wait to come back 10/10 from me”

“Quite literally one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Certainly not one of the cheapest, but no questioning the value for money. The service from the staff is amazing, largely due to it being a family business. Visited for my birthday and took a sharing menu with wine tasting and every course was utterly sublime, each beating the last. The wine pairings were also beautiful and well described and explained by the staff. I cannot recommend enough coming to try this restaurant. I will 100% be back in the future!!”

The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, making it feel like a warm, local gem rather than just a restaurant. “This place is just the cutie. Visited yesterday for some late lunch staff lovely, and our pizzas were super yummi. We will definitely go back nearer the summer time. Dress up warm if you go soon the waiting time isn't long and the pizza warms you up. No customer toliet so make sure you go before.”

“We were quickly greeted and seated and there was a lovely buzz as the restaurant was full. There was plenty for the vegetarians among us on the menu, and the waiter advised the abstainers from alcohol as well as suggesting wine to go with our food choices. I had a very good cocktail. When the food came it looked lovely and tasted wonderful. Some Spanish people at the next table seemed to be enjoying theirs, so I think it must be up to Spanish standards. We had ordered rather a lot, but there wasn’t much left! We had a lovely evening, and will be back as soon as we can find some more greedy people to share with!”

“I’ve been to this restaurant several times and always leave wanting more. The sushi tacos are unlike anything I’ve had anywhere else and their other menu items are just as delicious! It’s a family-owned business and every time I go in they are so kind. You can see the passion they have for their food and taste it as well. I could not recommend more!!”

“Really Happy Me/aki. This wholesome place is one of the reason I come back to Brighton every year in May (The Great Escape Festival being the main reason;). Their sushi burritos are delicious (my current fav is the Sweet Chili Chick £7.80). The concept of the restaurant (non-profit) and costs transparency are great too. It probably would be my favourite take-away on earth if they ingredients were local, seasonal and organic products (but I’m well aware that’s currently pretty hard to set up).”

“Had some amazing food at Casalingo. The garlic bread was so delicious. 4 of us had the seafood linguine which was superb. The others had lasagne, gnocchi and gluten free pasta steak and zucchini pasta.They gave my Dad a lovely birthday tiramisu which was a lovely touch. It was a quiet night which was surprising for a Friday. Highly recommend and would definitely go again.”
