“We had such a brilliant evening at Veeno Bristol! The wine tasting experience was fantastic from start to finish — really well thought out, relaxed, and fun. The wines were all delicious (the dessert wine was a standout!) and perfectly paired with the nibbles and sharing boards. A special mention has to go to Jake, who absolutely made the evening. He was so knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. He struck the perfect balance between informative and laid-back, making everyone feel comfortable whether you’re a wine novice or a bit of an enthusiast. It’s such a lovely atmosphere — cosy, authentic, and a great spot for a date night or something a bit different with friends. Couldn’t recommend it enough, and we’ll definitely be back!”

“Lovely afternoon treat at the 'Modiste' to round off a weekend in Bath including a Bridgerton Walking Tour. We were drawn in by the affiliation with the show but the food was truly delicious, the quiche, sausage roll and cakes were shared were lovely. Friendly staff and a brilliant location.”

Nikki helped us arrange an early AM taxi to the airport when Uber was not available. The Sunday roast was amazing! And if you manage to get before 8 on so you could get the pay hours offer for Amstel or Teachers inches for £3.50. Great spot for drinks inside or outside - street seating area or garden area.”

“Nice village pub but a bit of a hike cross country at the time because the A38 was closed. Friendly, professional staff, very quaffable beers, and excellent food. “Just had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is in a great spot with plenty of parking. The staff are lovely and so helpful, genuinely want you to have the best time, The food was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented. They have thought about all sorts of little things, like a separate lounge just for residents, free water for the room, powerful, simple to operate showers. Lots of little thoughtful things. Will absolutely go back”

“We stopped here as we were walking along the river and it looked a welcoming place to have lunch. We sat outside overlooking the river as the weather was glorious. We were served by Lillyanne (?) on a Tuesday afternoon. She was super friendly and helpful, we weren't rushed to choose food and we enjoyed a drink before we ordered. Food was amazing, lots of choice and detailed menu. We had the half rack of ribs and the burnt end pork bites which were amazing and served with pickles and onions. We also had fries, tater tots and pit beans. More then enough for a lunch for two and everything tasted great. We didnt have a pudding and we didnt go inside or use facilities so I cant comment on those. Would visit again if I went back to Bristol!”

“A very vintage traditional Italian family restaurant, love their food. The roof top area is also cool and relaxing. You must try the family pizza, the size of this pizza is unbelievable. But sorry to hear that they are going to closed down in January as they have to been force to move out Trye property after they have been there fire over 50 years.”

“A really lovely chain option in the heart of Bath. Cosy Club does it's usual formula of providing an off-street Cafe with relaxing vibes and consistent good quality, with the added bonus of a lovely balcony area overlooking the busy square. The food was good, well presented, reasonably priced, and with great options for kids. Coffees were good too, nothing special but reasonably well made. Highchairs were available, and service was incredibly friendly.”

“I love this bakery, they offer a range of pastries, including doughnuts, cakes and cheesecake. Fresh bread rolls and bread they slice for you. A range of hot pasties, sausage rolls and pies. Fresh sandwiches and rolls hot and cold made to order while you wait. Hot and cold drinks available, along with the option to sit in and eat. The staff in there are always polite, ample parking outside, worth a visit!”

“Stayed here a couple of times now. Fantastic service from the moment you arrive. Lovely rooms, great pub downstairs with entertainment, good food/drink selection and loads of board games you can take up to your room. Only a 15 min walk into the centre or a 5min taxi ride. Staff were fantastic. Will 100% stay again if we are back in the area.”
