“I stayed in Room Number 7. Make sure you receive the door code for the main door before you arrive. My mobile for some reason didn't receive this. After a phone call to explain, this was then sent again which I received. There were no staff on site on arrival, I found my key on the table and went hunting for the room. The room was at the top with a lovely view of the castle. The room had everything I needed, however it would have been great to have had a hairdryer to use. I didn't meet any staff until the last day for breakfast which they kindly opened up and provided as was only guest at this point. Chepstow is lovely and is well worth a visit.”

“Called in on way back from a trip on a Friday evening. Place was empty apart from one table but people back and fore collecting takeaways. Waiter service was very friendly and efficient. We opted for a starter and main and both were the perfect portion size and delicious. I tried the house red wine and this too was fab. We definitely recommend this restaurant, and would return again. There’s just an couple of observations, the interior could do with a little refresh as a bit dated, I would have the bar and reception near the door with a settee for people collecting orders to wait. That would save them walking all through the restaurant which I imagine is a pain when the place is full. The background music was on a loop, seemed to be the same song playing over and over which was a bit annoying by the time we ready to leave. Overall though a pleasant experience and would return, food is fabulous”

Stopped when I needed a minuet and he was very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. As someone with autism who is scared of the dentist Dr Gaurav Sharma made a calm and welcoming environment. I will not be sacred for a dental appointment again as long as it’s with him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Gaurav Sharma!!”

The whole experience was pain free, I felt reassured and I could almost say enjoyable. But when is the dentist enjoyable! Chris and his dental nurse are welcoming, supportive and caring. What more can you ask for? The only sting is the price, but if you are worried about getting an implant, I would definitely recommend going to Charlton Park”

I have alot of Co morbidities and very anxious person. He navigated through my history. Taking all my meds in consideration. He has the patience of a saint and I wish he could be my dentist forever.
