“Really friendly bunch and totally different from most merchants as you can walk around and pick stock from the shelves rather than just a counter. Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.”

“I have just read a previous review and felt the need to leave a review of my experience. I find it amazing that i can exercise in the morning then work in the business hub for a couple of hours and then go and have a swim. I think this is brilliant that DV clubs can accommodate that and help people work and keep fit at the same time. This is not the gyms fault that someone doesn’t feel comfortable seeing people combining work & fitness. It looks like some comments and 1 star reviews have nothing to do with the club and its a shame that people feel the need to validate themselves by leaving a bad review on Google. I am so so happy my husband and i have joined the club, my only regret is that we haven’t done that sooner! PS My only comment would be - adding more sugar-free & healthy options to snacks and drinks like lemonade and ice coffee with sugar free syrup etc to the menu.”

“I was changing my curtains & the pole and curtains came crashing down. I was in dismay and called various companies until I reached AHS. They were quick at hand, and I’m totally satisfied and in awe of the level of professorial conduct and care. I was so surprised to find how clean and tidy this person was. He went way and beyond the role of duty and care and is indeed a keeper. I will always use AHS. Highly recommended!!!”

“Absolutely fantastic. Warm welcome on arrival and great all round service. We visited on a Thursday which is fish/seafood special night - two courses for £20 - and worked out to be great value. I had five spice calamari followed by Goan fish curry - both were super tasty and cooked to perfection. My other three guests all tried the fish/seafood special but choosing different things and loved it. Really enjoyed our night so highly recommended”

“Tom from heads apart has completed 2 guttering repairs and fitted new gutters to our conservatory , we have Tom coming over again to fix our guttering on our large summerhouse combo, Heads apart are reliable, friendly and have carried out all the jobs in a first class manner all at a very reasonable price, extremely professional, leaves all areas in a very tidy state afterwards , great quality fittings also.”

“First order wasn't the best but Garry redeemed himself so now 5 stars. First order.They charged me carriage to have a item delivered to them. Also charged for delivery to my address which was wrong as my order was over £250. Took nearly 3 weeks, 22 emails and 5 phone calls just to get my order delivered. Only compensation was the refund of the carriage and an unsympathetic "sorry". The manager was asked to step in but kept pushing it to the sales person who caused the problems. Their prices are competitive.”

“I want to thank the Build a Bear staff for a lovely experience. I'm autistic, and Bluey is one of my special interests. When BaB announced a Bluey line, I was really excited, but a bit worried about going in to the shop- I'm a bit too old to like Bluey really, and was worried I might get some funny looks. I ordered my Muffin plushie as a click and collect as a bit of an experiment to see if I thought I could handle going in to the shop to make a bear. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat, staff were quick to ask if I needed anything, speedy, and very helpful. I went home very happy, and with a lovely Muffin plushie. I went back a few weeks later to make my Bluey and Bingo bears. I was quite worried, so decided to go a bit later in the day in the hopes that the store would be a bit quieter (I went on a weeknight, at about 7pm, and there were only one or two other people in the shop). I wore my sunflower lanyard, so a member of staff came over and quietly asked if they could help me with anything. They explained the whole process to me, and pointed out all the different stations so I could go at my own pace in the right order. I assume staff have to ask quite a few questions about add-ons and extras, but I really appreciated that nobody pushed me when I said no, I'd just like the bears. Staff were very patient with me, making sure I was 100% happy with each bear before I moved on, and asking questions about which parts of the experience I'd like to do and any bits I'd like to skip. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I now have three lovely Bluey plushies that will be treasured for a long time to come. Thank you very much to all the staff; my experience was so much less stressful than I was expecting, and you have made a big Bluey fan very happy indeed ❤️”
