“Came today with my family in a large group for the breakfast with santa experience! the children absolutely loved every minute including the adults. The atmosphere was christmassy, the staff was great and food was delicious! We will definitely be making this a new family tradition as it was so magical, santa and his elf helper were so warm and welcoming they really went above and beyond to cater for our family as large group (7 children & 10 adults) they were so patient and allowed us to take lots of lovely group family photos in our invidiual families and allowed us all in the room so all parents/grandparents were able to see the joy on the children's faces! thank you harvester for a fantastic family christmas experience!! ❤️❤️”

“Every time I visit Bath, I make sure I have time to tick off Good Day Café! The staff are super lovely and welcoming. They have so many delicious breakfast brunch meals available, it's always an "umm" and "arrrr" moment when I look at the menu but I know whatever I choose, it'll be heaven! Their sweet treats are the best in Bath, such a big and fun selection of items. I recently bought an eyeball scotchie and the mint scare-ro brownie roll - DIVINE! ❤️ I'd highly recommend the Good Day Café for the best experience and tastes ❤️”

“I had a mac n cheese bowl and one of their many ridiculous matcha flavours (hot matcha with caramel). It was all very delicious and the staff are lovely. Had a seat in the corner. It is a bit noisy and is mostly 2 seater tables, not loads of comfy seating. I did go at a busy time.”

    Cafe Gorge

    ★★★★☆ 4.5

“Lovely selection of food, staff were extremely friendly and service was quick. It was busy the 3 times I attended at various times across the weekend. Coffee was very nice (barista made) and cookies equally so. A wide selection of cakes and pastries as well as a menu of food choices such as breakfast sandwiches, cream teas, baked potatoes and toasties. Option to take away food was nice for when no seat could be found although patrons quickly moved on noting how busy it was and people waiting. Indoor and outdoor seating access from the cafe. Outdoor overlooked the road and small river running right in front Great access to the gorge from the site being just up from the caves and Jacob’s ladder.”

“We visited Primrose Cafe in Clifton for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax on a weekend morning. We both had coffee that was freshly brewed and delicious, complementing the food beautifully. I chose the eggs Benedict, which was perfectly executed with fresh, poached eggs and a rich Hollandaise sauce. My wife had the croque monsieur, Both dishes felt like they were crafted with care, using quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the café. The balance of a cosy ambiance with efficient service makes Primrose a lovely place to enjoy a leisurely brunch in Clifton. We will definitely be returning to try more of their menu!”

    Potager Cafe

“What a lovely cafe. Although they have an outdoor seating area, the inside is absolutely gorgeous: surrounded by plants and good quality gifts, it feels a little like sitting in an orangery. We had a block booking. The staff worked really hard to cater for us all (including alot of vegetarians) and the service was great. Dogs are welcome, water provided and there's even a jar of dog biscuits available to buy individually. As for the humans, the food was really nice, the tea, hot and plentiful. Definitely going back.”

    Potagers cafe

“Hark! I visited a charming cafe this morn, And there I found a meal of great adorn, A beef brisket sandwich of divine taste, Whose praises I must sing with joyful haste. The bread, so fresh, was soft as summer clouds, And held within it beef, cooked to astound, Tender and juicy, with a flavor so bold, It left my taste buds trembling, as if on hold. The spices, oh the spices, were a delight, A harmonious blend, that seemed just right, Each bite, a symphony, of savory notes, Played upon my palate, as if by rote. The cafe, itself, was a true treasure, A haven of peace, from worldly pressure, With decor that evoked a bygone era, And service, warm and friendly, with no error. So, if you seek a meal to make you sing, Go to this cafe, without any fling, Order the brisket, and take your time, For a meal like this, is worth every dime.”

The second time I stayed in a shared room and it was a bit small and awkward having 3 level bunk beds, it was definitely harder to get good sleep but still an overall nice experience.”
