“Liza grooms dogs that nobody else dare try. She and her team are miracle workers. If Liza didn't exist, our dog wouldn't exist...it's that simple. There is nobody else who can groom or even come as close to our dog as Liza. She is the bravest, hardest working groomer/trainer I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and I am so honoured that she agreed to help us and has been grooming our dog over the past year. I really don't know what we wouldve done without her support! A doggy goddess!!!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed spending my 25th birthday in this magical getaway with my partner! The cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The animals were so very sweet; my partner & I are now desperate to adopt a bunny like Benjamin! We got a dinner delivery from the local Vegan Indian place which was divine and super convenient. Really recommend staying if considering it.”

“Absolutely impressed with Allen Residential. From viewing my new home to putting in an offer, they were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rachel in progression was absolutely fantastic at her job. From terrible solicitors and our not so great estate agent we had a very stressful time in an already bad year and I can honestly say if it wasnt for her we would have pulled out. She remained calm with me, as I have MH and physical disabilities, and best of all remained professional! She could teach the others a few things, as moving house is stressful enough without added complications. If i were to buy or sell again I would definitely use Allen Residential!”

“Cassius gives 10 stars! The most lovely and caring doggy day care centre you will ever come across. My dog jumps out of the car and drags me inside to get to his favourite place in the world. Cassius plays with his friends and enjoys the pools they set out on a hot day in doggy day care, and he never leaves without a treat at the end of the day. The staff are amazing and have a passion for dogs. Especially Charlotte, Abigail, and Emily are his faves. Everyone at perfect pet services are such lovely human beings and I am blessed to trust you with my best mate. I can’t recommend my dogs second home enough, thank you guys for all you do!”

“Calcot Manor offers an exceptional experience with matched service. It is a beautiful setting. We always enjoy using the gym / spa and then finishing off in The Hive” for a coffee / bite to eat. The staff in the Hive are fantastic “Amelia” being one of the many whom always greet us with a smile and warm service. We highly recommend a visit.”

“Stayed overnight this week and will certainly be returning (if they'll have me). A lovely personal experience; Gill the landlady lives in the farmhouse (it's a working farm) and is really sweet; a fount of local information who works hard to make your stay so good. Comfortable beds, immaculately clean with home made biscuits in your room as a little treat and a great selection for breakfast. Already looking forward to going back”

“We had a very relaxing five night stay here and as last year I was the only one fishing again. Have a good twenty plus fish a day of which half are nice sized carp. Fish are always in first class condition. Already booked for next year, love it. There is also no problem getting a taxi in and out of Chipping Sodbury of an evening. Evenings in with a hot tub and fire basket are a bonus.”

The views from the outdoor seating and beer garden are lovely anytime of day, especially in the summer, making it the perfect place to relax with a few drinks. The inside seating area has a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for the winter, with friendly and professional staff. The food here never disappoints, with a wide range of choices, all of which are delicious! A special thanks to the Chef, Matt behind the bar and Kim who served us for the 5 star service. “I believe 5 stars are not enough to show the level of satisfaction of our stay at the Manor House. Right from the get go, we were met by professionalism by the wonderful girls at the reception. A mix up with the room selection, was handled immediately, with a smile, (with a better room) and with complementary drinks. When this is the first impression, you just know your stay will be 10/10. And it was! During our stay we pretty much experienced the full level of hospitality at the Manor House, dined at the Michelin star By Brook restaurant, had amazing cocktails by the bar's fireplace, walked around the grounds, experienced Castle Inn cousine, enjoyed the lovely autumn colors of the British countryside. Special shout out to Declan at the bar, his cocktail suggestions were spot on! All in all a prefect stay, super recommended.”

“Stayed here for three nights before moving closer to Oxford. Wished we had spent all of our time in this beautiful country establishment. The owners and their wonderful team were beyond wonderful. Service was impeccable and the rooms were beautifully presented and comfortable. Meals were absolutely delicious and the pub was everything you expect of an ancient country inn, fireplace, fabulous bar, anda warm and friendly atmosphere. This place was the stand out highlight of our UK holiday”

“The best Sunday Roast we have had in a very long time! Delicious starters and AMAZING vegan chocolate mousse. I have a lot of allergies, and it's always quite challenging for me and my partner to find a place where I feel safe to eat. This is definitely on our list of favourites restaurants now. And the location is gorgeous, you can have a walk in their lovely vegetable garden outside and enjoy the view. Staff was attentive and welcoming! Recommended!! “I went for a Christmas meal with friends. It's a lovely old pub, with a number of dining rooms. It's a bit out of the way, but worth it when you get there. I had a very tasty nut roast while others had a traditional turkey meal. The food was good and there was plenty of it.”
