“Rang just before they closed on Thursday absolutely desperate as my windscreen washers had failed on me and it was freezing temperatures with a lot of salt on the roads. Lady I spoke to got me in straight away Friday, dropped the car off first thing Friday morning and had a call around half 11 with the job completed and the failed motor replaced. Cannot fault the service and the price was also reasonable, BMW couldn’t get me in until Monday and they quoted a lot more than what I paid for the work to be done just to diagnose the issue. Credit to the guys at DMS, lady on reception was very friendly and was extremely helpful.”

“Very good reassuring staff. There are no doctors for consultation at the urgent care, only nurses. The waiting times depend on the severity of the problem you may have, but I found it very organised. Average waiting time for a non-emergency consultation on a weekend was up to 3 hours.”

“Stockwood Medical Practice is superb. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, professional and empathetic. The nurses and Doctors are approachable and very knowledgeable and I am very thankful to be one of their patients. The practice I came from was the exact opposite and it's a refreshing change to speak to people who genuinely care.”

“This is a gym, not some fancy fitness club. There are plenty of heavy weights, benches, and a quite few machines. If you know what you’re doing, you’ll be absolutely fine.”

My most recent work was a filling without anaesthetic - it was done with care and didn’t hurt. Note: Quite a lot of people come in wanting to be seen immediately with a dental problem, however they don’t do walk-in appointments. You need to dial NHS 111. John on reception patiently explains this many times every day!”

“The level of teaching is amazing, my 5yo son has gained so much more confidence since starting swimming lessons here. Tried lessons at another pool in the past and moved him due to poor teaching. The building looks very tired and could do with some real investment to tidy it up whilst keeping its historic charm.”

My mum and I could not have been happier with the service provided by Louise and Laura. They were very professional, empathetic and patient-centred. They completed a thorough assessment and were able to advise on appropriate aids that could help my mum remain independent. Worth every penny!”

“I absolutely love Nuffield Bristol North - I teach Zumba, Kids Multi-circuit and Fitness Pilates here and have done for may years. The club is super friendly, both members and staff with up to date equipment plus 100's of awesome classes with enthusiastic instructors like me! There's a creche, kids classes, swimming lessons which makes the club perfect for families and it's a really good price if you look around and compare clubs. Come to my class and say 'hello' - I'd love to help you on your fitness journey.”

She became poorly the day we left for holiday, and they kept a close eye on her, kept in touch and took her to the vet, then the hospital. We came home but, once she had been given the all clear from the vet, we were able to continue our holiday, knowing she was in very safe and caring hands. This required ongoing dressing changes which I was advised of by the hospital, but which I felt increasingly concerned about dealing with. A call to the surgery resulted in an early appointment for a required dressing change. I cannot praise too highly the treatment I received.
