Luckily, Amelia came over to help us and went the extra mile in ensuring we found the perfect baby shower gift. She showed so much knowledge of the range paired with an extremely friendly and genuine demeanor. “Pre-fitting appointments have been great! Comfortable, informative, thorough. We’ve had two different surveyors come by to ensure measurements are correct prior ordering. The kitchen designer Chelsea Saroe has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Now just waiting for delivery. Edited 28.02.2025: We first visited the Wren showroom in Cribbs Causeway on 14th of September 2024, where we met Chelsea Saroe, Design Consultant. She was very attentive to my wish list, very friendly and helpful. The whole process from purchase to completion went very smoothly, I was quite impressed at the level of attention you get from Wren, being contacted several times to allocate the different steps precisely along the way, great service! We chose to go with Wren’s “full package”, meaning we got kitchen furniture, appliances, quartz worktops, and full fitting service from Wren. Wren furniture (Infinity Plus) is of great quality, it was delivered fully assembled and wrapped up in a way to protect its exterior quite well. The delivery team was great, they organised all the bits according to my instructions so we could still walk around the space and make sure our Wren’s allocated fitter could easily start fitting. We got lucky with our fitter, Lewis Boyd, he knows well what he is doing, intelligent, open, very tidy and hard working, very attentive and respectful. Plus he also does tiles - which we paid for separately and directly to him. Worktops were surveyed promptly after 1st dry fit and delivered after 11 days. We added a bit to the kitchen that Wren doesn’t do, a roller shutter, so we purchased an extra Wren shelving larder unit, and the roller shutter mechanism from east coast kitchens dot co dot uk, Lewis reduced the size of the preassembled shelving larder unit in situ without any issues and assembled the roller shutter to perfection! So happy! Tiles were fitted exactly how I planned and they look great! White small tiles and black grout are not the easiest to work with but Lewis was fearless and tackled the job with excellence! Important to mention: Lewis went out of his way, as per my request, to add 2x half back panels to our bin and sink units as these Wren units come without a back panel - a little disappointed with Wren about that… Another thing that we changed from Wren’s original furniture is the plinth sealing strip (that transparent plastic between the plinth and the floor) - we purchased a black self adhesive soft rubber/silicone plinth protector from Amazon that suits the kitchen a lot better, and has a minimal look. We also asked Lewis to route a channel under our wall unit for a strip light (since we wanted to add smart lights and a slimmer light profile). All extra bits of fitting were paid to Lewis directly and he’s price was quite reasonable. Yes, I would definitely recommend Wren at Cribbs Causeway! And most certainly Lewis Boyd!”

“This is the best Customer Service I have had in a long while! Lucy made the drinks perfectly, whilst Nicole was so friendly, told us of offers we didn’t know about, and whilst clearing the tables made sure I was pleased with everything. Also told us about the app and their Instagram page she was doing for them! I commented on how happy she was and she said she absolutely loves her job, I said she is made for hospitality and that if Nicole isn’t a store Manager she should be! Such lovely people! Made my day! Also the store itself is very clean, well organised and presented, you can see it is a matter of personal pride for her! There is a lift at the back of the shop, free parking, huge windows to overlook the area, and comfy seats. The toilets are at the back of the store behind the lift. Really enjoyed my visit and would go again just for the cheerful ambience which is pretty rare nowadays! So nice to see someone loving their work too! Actually went back in later in the day (so twice) after looking around the other shops! Well done Nicole, Lucy, and Costa for hiring them! :)”

“Had to pop back to Halfords at Cribbs Causway to get a new Battery fitted. It was a Saturday and I expected a long wait but 10 minutes later it was being done by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Member of the Team there who are all really nice too. Batteries these days are not as simple to fit as they used to be and You HAVE to get the right one for Your car.Mine has Stop/Start and May have needed pairing to the Car which You cannot do Yourself,Which They check and do for You if needed. As I am a Member of the Halfords Club I got a discount on the cost of the Battery and a free fitting saving Me £30.(I get a free MOT too ! ) So all in all a good choice and I would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Very nice refit – all sleek, modern, and smelling faintly of middle-class ambition. It’s like they gave the place a spa day and now it’s feeling itself. Staff? Genuinely lovely. The kind that smile at you like they don’t immediately want to go home, which in retail is basically sainthood. The food hall’s looking fresh – proper glow-up. Great fruit selection too. The kind of grapes that come in unnecessarily aerodynamic packaging and look like they’ve never known a bruised day in their life. Shoutout to the water aisle. Yes, water. Apparently you can now get “volcanically filtered glacier mist” from a bottle that costs more than lunch. If your self-esteem ever gets too high, just check the price of M&S’s premium hydration and get humbled real quick. Overall, it’s giving: “we’ve got standards and a loyalty card.” Would recommend, just maybe bring a small loan for the fancy bits.”

“I stayed here for work recently, two weekends running. It's the ideal spot. Exactly what you need it to be but above everything else, the staff are unbelievably friendly. They couldn't be more helpful actually and on my return the second week, they remembered me. Particular mention goes to Poppy who is just lovely. She is so good at her job and has a lovely, warm nature. Rachael was a diamond. She was so accommodating when our large party arrived for dinner - all absolutely exhausted from a huge work day - we hadn't made a reservation but she made it work and we were all beyond grateful. Finally to Ben, also in the restaurant. He was just lovely and really warm, friendly and patient. 10/10 for customer service. You made a long work spell away from my family that little bit easier. Thank you.”
