“Went here for brunch date with the hubby at 11am. They gave us both the breakfast and lunch menus to choose from. We chose sandwiches from the lunch menu and soup of the day which was honestly so good! Price is very good. We had an amazing experience.”

“Really nice five guys restaurant which is located on a really good strip. Newport road is in the heart of Cardiff and has a range of fantastic shops and restaurants. It had a good service here where staff were helpful and you could see that they were very hard working. It was very quiet on Sunday evening around 6.00 o'clock when I visited. The food was prepared and handed to us in a good time which meant we weren't waiting long. The food was incredible as usual. The drinks machine and condiment area are to the right of the store and the toilets through the doors to the left of the store. The floor was a little slippery however that's the same in the other two five guys I have ever been to. Please be mindful of this especially going to the bathroom. The store accepted cards and cash. The car park was medium sized to the left of the building. The atmosphere was very quiet but that was due to it being not very busy during the time of visit. Overall it was a pleasant visit, good store, nice staff, good service and great tasting food.”

“Michael and Ryan good as gold chaps, always polite, give best price on windows and sundries, they get back very quick with a price and takes 2-3 weeks for frames to get made! (Rehau top quality stuff) Im using only them after a few different suppliers in Newport as they are the quickest and best looking after their customers.”

“I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.”

“Asked for assistance from a guy named Josh who was working in the B&Q Newport branch.He took me to what i wanted straight away and even carried the self leveling compound i needed to my car for me as i forgot to get a trolley. “TGIs is hands down the best bottomless brunch in newport! I absolutely LOVE their June Buy and purple rain. I'm a wheelchair user, and they always accommodate me and take us to a table where I can just wheel up and stay in my chair. The customer's service is also really good, and Isabelle Amelia is so polite to bless her. Happy staff is a credit to the place and the management x”

I love their lattes, which are served with lots of whipped cream and marshmallows. Their lemon cake is to die for! Tangy, moist and delicious. Need I say more? The Arcadia is situated at the forefront of Newport Arcade, and once you have have finished your latte, there are a myriad of little shops for you to visit there - each with their their own quirky style. You are bound to find something you like. Visit The Arcadia Coffee House and the Arcade itself and you will not be disappointed.”
