“My first ever visit to a TGI Friday and I was rather impressed. The staff were friendly and management came out to assist with a specific dietary concern with my guest. The food was hot and beautiful, we even met Darth Vader in the reception entrance to the restaurant. The dips are fantastic, the burger very juicy and super tasty. A definite 10/10 and look forward to returning. By the time we left the restaurant it was buzzing with nearly all tables full. A very popular restaurant in Cardiff. Many Thanks TGI Fridays even on a Monday night.”

I'm a wheelchair user, and they always accommodate me and take us to a table where I can just wheel up and stay in my chair. The customer's service is also really good, and Isabelle Amelia is so polite to bless her. Happy staff is a credit to the place and the management x”

“Me and my partner visited today (4th of October). We enjoyed so much, girl servicing was so nice, polite and helpful. Food was outstanding!!!! I've had steak which was exactly as I like it, there was no trouble when we asked for my chips to be cooked a bit more, Dave had mix grill, everything was cooked to perfection!!!! Beer was nice too. We will highly recommend this pub to everyone. Thank you very much.”

“Absolutely enjoyed this Beefeater. I was there a few days. Great atmosphere and restaurant is cut off from the bar area. I enjoyed Beef and ale pie one night and the next one a lasagne. Both nights we were served by a friendly server named Jenny. She was polite and friendly which made the experience a whole lot better. Thank you so much, we will be back!”

“Lovely food, fantastic staff the owner is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. Had 2 rolls one bbq beef, cheese with peppercorn sauce and other garlic beef, cheese and peppercorn sauce was well worth the money. I think they was £6.50 each and 2 cans drink come to around £15”
