My experience at that practice was terrible, with them forcing expensive and unnecessary treatments on me and I now travel back to Cardiff for my dental treatment as no one compares to Andrew! “We had a fantastic (funtastic) afternoon yesterday here , celebrating our 2 year old and 6 year olds birthday . We were able to book the whole place to ourselves for family and friends and it was superb . Fully air conditioned (which was a godsend in yesterday's heat) The staff were friendly attentive and helped with everything, making it very soecial for us all. It has something for all ages and kept them all happy ( which created happy parents and guardians) great birthday party food too. A place we highly recommend and will certainly use more of . When attending the practice, I was advised that I had been assigned a new Dental Surgeon, Ines Matos. Her professional attitude was second to none. She was courteuos, disciplined and very attentive to my needs. She treated me with kindness and was extrememly gentle whilst working. I cannot recommend her skills, attentiveness and professional attitude highly enough, what an absolutely superb lady. I commend ALL the staff who work at the practice and would like to thank them all.”

Having to wait 20 minutes for medication isn’t long at all compared to other places, if I’ve waited weeks for a drs appointment what’s 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Yes you can hear them chatting and laughing, why not hey, I’m sure it helps them get through their busy day and also with the abuse they receive from impatient customers. The collection point to a great help too, if I can’t get to the pharmacy in working hours. Keep up the good work all.”
