“They recently upholstered an old armchair for me. I took the chair to the shop and chose fabric that was already there. I chose 4 fabrics and gave them artistic licence over how and where to use the different fabrics. The end result is amazing!! I am so happy with my chair and would highly recommend using them to anyone!”

“I had a very unusual bed order, king size base in Newport East, accompanying mattress near Newport West. Beechwood Beds sorted it all out extremely efficiently. Courteous service, excellent product and they took old bed base and mattress away. Highly recommended”

“Came here today as a Christmas present for afternoon tea waited 10 mins and no one came over had to go up ask to order drinks, hot drinks came but was luke warm. Food came and started eating and after eating the fruit noticed the raspberries was full of mould. My daughter was then sick in the toilet which I explained to waitress and not even offered a glass of water or nothing had to ask for it, really disappointed as I was looking forward to it and staff really not even bothered by it just on there phone constantly 7-1 update Went back a week later as manager rang straight away to apologise and offered another another tea for free and full refund and what a difference our second visit was. Amazing food and even the service was outstanding lovely gentleman that serviced us. Food was delicious and all left feeling very full. Would recommend”

“Can't fault the service I have experienced with Kitchen Economy. Ordered on line, easy website to use and payment no issues, value for money, delivery within 3 days. Delivered by extremely pleasant and professional staff who did not have an easy installation but were positive all the way through. Clean and tidy and took my old range away. “I’ve been looking forward to having lunch and trying out Vietnamese Bahn Mi! The servers were friendly and recommended to me Cinnamon Egg Coffee instead of cocoa (because it was already sweet) and I appreciate that because it was my first time trying the egg coffee. There was no black sugar pearl boba - next time! The Bahn Mi was yummy - baguette times by 10. Had all my favourite tastes like spicy tang, fried tofu, packed with veggies and the bread wasn’t stale or too soft. I opted for the vegan tofu as I have a halal diet and personally prefer vegan food over food that I’m not 100% sure is permissible for me to eat. Next time I’ll bring a friend ❤️”

“What's with the staff? My elderly father went yesterday, can't wear a mask even if the big c was still here, and a staff member almost pushed him away, promptly backed away, and wouldn't speak to my father who at 79 is not used to abuse, was told to back off as he didn't have a mask on, then he was told to leave the store, and he couldn't get the purchase he wanted. Maybe give this place a wide birth. Its lost all its friendliness and the prices wow through the roof.”

“Bought a mattress from the store. Dennis was so informative with no hard sell at all. Having visited all the big names like dreams, elephant beds, Cardiff bedstore had the best mattress at the cheapest price. I think it's good to buy from the smaller local retailer. I will definitely return.”
