We were met with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who assisted us all day in finding fashionable and high quality items. They also gave me incredibly useful advice in starting my store and what payment system to use. The staff even helped me take all the items to my car after they had finished their shift. There was a wide selection of different items of varying quality, the only criticism that I could offer would be that there was a lack of desirable items in some clothing groups i.e T-shirts , however, a senior staff member informed me of their next supply date so that I can be one of the first to source items from the next delivery which will be incredibly useful in finding the highest quality items. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the business.”

We went to the beach and looking for food after, we arrived at 16:15 and they close 16:30pm I asked are they still serving hot food and she said yes, no rush for us to leave and can sit in and yes to dogs, they were welcoming, friendly and made a fuss of our dog, they accommodated our meals and made us feel really comfortable. Food was delicious home cooked, and a scrumptious range of cakes, I will be back, it’s very rare to have such great service these days, which made it superb!”

There are a couple of disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance. There is a small cafe located on the first floor. “I have been using Jottnar for the past 2 years. As a landscape photographer I find myself in some rather harsh conditions, often standing about being battered by the weather. I have purchased and extensive range of items from them, from thermals, mid layers, down jackets and hard shell. All have performed like what is to be expected and I have remained warm and dry. In response to some that have mentioned customer service. On 2 occasions i have had a problem with a hard shell jacket. On both occasions the matter has been dealt with and rectified within days. A new item sent out on both occasions. I have had ZERO problems with any other item. On both occasions I have dealt with Morgan who has been absolutely fantastic. Personally i can not recommend Morgan or Jottnar highly enough for a complete quality service. Yes they are expensive, but they do often have sales, and you get what you pay for in the end. I would sooner spend to be warm and dry rather than save to be cold and wet.”
