Obviously tried to deal with it on busy evening right before Christmas, when we were en route (and running late) for a class. Laura the supervisor was absolutely brilliant. It didn't phase her at all and what I had pre-empted being a time consuming disaster was dealt with quickly, clearly and we were on our way in minutes. This is the customer service I didn't think existed in shops anymore: super knowledgeable about the policies and system, and polite too. Thank you Laura, for making Christmas that little bit easier!”
