“Jo is fantastic with my young cockapoo Bonnie! She put me at ease from the very first meeting where she came to meet Bonnie and showered her with attention. I was further comforted when Jo asked if I could bring Bonnie and join her on one of her walks before the service was to begin so I could see how well Bonnie would settle into the little group. Bonnie lights up when Jo comes to collect her for her midday walkies and Jo sends a number of great videos and photos after every walk to reassure me that she has had a great time. Ive not worried for a second that Bonnie hasn't been taken care of on the days I'm back in the office and I think Bonnie has began to sulk on the days she knows Jo isn't visiting Jo has been fantastic! Her communication is brilliant, she is very dog focused and you can tell she cares deeply for your furry family member. Thanks Jo!”

“Went yesterday 28/03/25 and saw the new vet with my GSD Raya. Iv kept dogs since I was 18 so numerous vets visits and the lady I saw yesterday was by far the best kindest most knowledgeable and enthusiastic vet I have ever seen. She was new to the practice but didn't get her name I'm just so thankful that I feel I have left with understanding and correct treatment plans rather than popping pills and hoping for the best until another ear infection. “Always a friendly person on reception, and a calm environment. Helpful and informative and explains things to me in language I can understand (no medical jargon). My cat Loki is scared to be there, as I'm sure all pets are at the vets, but the vets are always gentle and allow him to explore the room a little. Don't have pics of the vets, but you can have pics of my boy instead, lol.”

“Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.”

“I can't thank the staff here enough. We called in desperate need of an urgent appointment for our 8 month old french bulldog Martha-May. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very kindly booked us in straight away. From start to finish, the veterinary team was extremely attentive to Martha-May and could not do enough for her and us. All staff provided a professional and friendly service. We can not recommend the PDSA enough, and I would kindly ask for people to donate any old blankets or towels you may have as they are always in need of these items.
