Delivery itself was exceptional: two men in a van drove three hours from Coventry, setting off around three in the morning, and arrived with everything in perfect condition. This level of care avoided all the usual courier pitfalls and gave me complete confidence in the process. The quality of the furniture was excellent, and when my dog accidentally (on purpose!) scratched the velvet bench just two days later, the after-sales support was equally impressive. They sent me a free superior brush to help restore the velvet, showing genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company—quality products at a great price, backed by service that feels personal, professional, and truly rare these days.”

Adopted a Mexican Black Kingsnake from them and honestly they were so thorough in making sure she was going to the right home, that the setup was correct and that we understood their needs. Even provided us with feeding charts, sheets of very helpful information and more. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The shop itself was very clean, well organised and all the animals looked to be very well cared for.
