When I first sought help for my health issues, I trusted the NHS to guide me through what I assumed would be a straightforward process of diagnosis & recovery. With an existing phobia of hospitals, following a traumatic experience involving complications & a blood transfusion growing up, the prospect of being forced into this environment petrified me. I felt powerless, and my family was left scrambling for alternatives. That’s when we found David - who within days had taken me under his wing. Having been let down so many times before, we were hesitant to seek private care and skeptical about therapy after so many failed attempts. But from the moment David responded to our inquiry, everything felt different. He was professional yet compassionate, and his genuine concern for my wellbeing shone through from our very first conversation. For the first time in years, I felt seen, understood, and supported.
