βStayed at the Novatel BHX airport. Rooms were cold even when you turned the heating up but other than that the service and location were fantastic, straight across from the airport terminal. Had food in the hotel restaurant and Mukesh looked after us. He was amazing and friendly and couldn't have done more. Thank you.β
βWe had great service from the Indian staff at the bar and restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely with lighting and decor, the room was modern & lovely. The toilet was clean, but I think they forgot to decorate that. Herman in the restaurant was fantastic and went beyond & over on his service, a rising star in our opinion. We had a curry, and it was fantastic, giving some Indian restaurants a run for their money.β
βWe had our corporate Christmas event at Ansty Hall, and I couldnβt speak highly enough of our experience. We had James in the daytime who was absolutely fantastic and so attentive. He was extremely likeable and also very helpful and flexible when it came to changing the time of our lunch, and providing general assistance with setting up the day. The evening part was equally well managed by Desmond, delaying courses whilst we finished our quiz rounds without us even having to ask. Overall it was brilliant!β
βReally good family pub. I donβt normally leave reviews unless Iβm particularly impressed and I am here. Ticks all the boxes, play area, colouring and crayons for the kids. A decent pint, nice traditional but well kept decor with indoor and outdoor background music. The food is really good and incredibly cheap & great value. The icing on the cake is the staff and service. Young well mannered and helpful people who are a credit to the establishment. Well done, Weβl definitely be back.β
βWe had the pleasure of staying at this lovely lodge for a few months back in 2016, and it was truly a special experience. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. The atmosphere was cozy, peaceful, and full of positive energy. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly people β always helpful, caring, and with a genuine warmth that made my stay unforgettable. They treated me like family, which made all the difference during my time there. And of course, I canβt forget Komachi, the adorable dog who was very much the heart and soul of the house. Komachi brought so much joy and companionship β a true mascot who made every day brighter. I wholeheartedly recommend this lodge to anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a warm, welcoming experience filled with heart and connection. A true home away from home. Greetings from Gaby & Raul ( Germany)β
βOn attending race retro for the weekend, we stayed at this fabulous hotel on site . Stonleigh lodge gives off family run hotel vibes with large rooms , wide choice on the menu along with dedicated staff that make your stay welcoming .β
βI cannot thank Stacey the manager at the Rugby Dunchurch Travelodge enough. She greeted us with a big smile, hugs for our dog and was super helpful and caring. The room was faultlessly clean and the whole hotel smelt wonderful. The bedding and towels were super fresh and white. Ample free coffee, tea, sugar and milk. We stayed in a spacious family room with our dog and it was perfect. It feels very safe there. This was my first time staying in a travelodge and this was spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. Stacey's team are wonderful at what they do, as Stacey leads by example. Happy staff, happy place to stay. Thank you Stacey and all your team. The location was perfect for us, as there was a Mcdonalds on site, and a wonderful garden centre 4 mins walk away where we had breakfast before we set off.β
βFantastic stay for one night, really comfy bed, really helpful and polite staff. Lovely breakfast and have the ability to come back to the room late at night. Would recommend.β
βThis lovely hotel is not located far from the centre of Stratford upon Avon but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The double room was well laid out and clean. Staff for friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning had a food spread. We also had a lovely evening meal here as well. Although a bit on the pricey side the food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.β
βYesterday, I had one of the most memorable experiences at this hotel. The hospitality and customer service were incredible. A lovely staff member named Lillian went above and beyond to make me feel special. It was one of the most cheerful moments Iβve had in a long time. Thanks to Lillian and Hilton, Iβll definitely be using your services again.β
βFantastic value for money. Β£37 a night during the Summer holidays is brilliant, especially when it includes free parking and free WiFi. Very close to Birmingham Airport, National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Railway Station too. Room was quite impressive with an excellent bathroom and shower area and it had recent carpets and had just been painted as well.β
βThanks so much Small Paws for looking after our chihuahua recently for a week. Judging by the photos and updates he had a wonderful time. We felt reassured from start to finishβ
βHave boarded my Springer spaniel Kassie a few times she loves it. Really friendly would highly recommend them.β
βAlison is a terrific groomer! She is really patient with my little baby, despite my dogs difficult behaviour when having her claws cut and teeth brushed. I can't thank her enough for how attentive she's been towards my dogs needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Also, my dog has become so much more confident and settled since I've been taking her to Alison. She's worked wonders!β
βLittle Paws Kenilworth is amazing !!Poppy has been doing daycare there since she was 6 months old sheβs now 3 and loves every visit .She is so well cared for and canβt wait to get there.Jane is so helpful and super kind too.I can honestly highly recommend .The best doggy daycare availableβ
βWe had the best time on 'Smoke'. Henry and Tabitha were amazing hosts and had thought of everything in advance. They were also able to give us great local knowledge and ideas on stopping points and pubs. The narrowboat itself is beautiful and has been fabulously decorated so that it feels more like a spacious apartment than anything else. Our teenage sons loved it (I think probably in spite of themselves!) and we will definitely be back for moreβ
βD&K were brilliant and so accommodating. I visited Drayton Manor with my family on route to London and had the dog with me, who of course couldn't come in. D&K took her for the 6 hours we were there, were reasonably priced and gave her a great run around, so I have a very happy and tired dog! Thank you!β
βExcellent kennels and great staffβ
βGrateful to have discovered trustworthy Petsitters. Hoppy Holidays responsive communication made it possible to have stress free travels leaving me confident my indoor pig was in safe hands over the Christmas period. I needed a lot of reassurance to take this last minute decision. I changed collection dates multiple times. Ken & Tracey were flexible, patient & understanding throughout which is extra appreciated at such a busy time of year and made me relaxed enough to extend the room-at-the-inn - well beyond the initial weekend booking. SheRa was happy and well cared for when I collected her. Iβll use them again and recommend anyone with a rabbit to checkout the fab outdoor hutch setup.β
βOur dogs love Nicola, I cannot praise her enough she is trust worthy and very reliable.β
βLovely lady and a good service.will definitely use pooches palaceβ
βMy dog goes here everytime we go on holiday and when we come back he's happierβ
βGood value for money No frills. Does what it says on the tin. I slept well. One night stay over close to Stoney Cove scuba divingβ
βWe had a great stay at Days Inn Warwick North M40. The receptionist, Archana, was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the check-in experience very pleasant. The hotel was very tidy and clean throughout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.β
βVisited for a drink after work on Friday. Megan was fantastic and provided wonderful serviceβ
βThe whole building was clean and fresh. The towels were lluxurious.. A desk fan was provided for my comfort during the heatwave. There was a gatage nearby with a convenience store and a food preparation francise. I had a good night's sleep, with my bedroom window open and minimal traffic noise.β
βWe stayed here the night before Reggaeland as itβs only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was Β£55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. Itβs replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.β
