“This practice has been a godsend. We were forced to move GP some 7 years ago and I was anxious about the move on behalf of my elderly mother who was so used to her old GP practice. Dr Henderson was the first Dr we met and to date we have had nothing but topnotch care from her, Dr MacNeill and others. I love that they always take time to explain issues around your health to help you understand what's going on. It's never hard to get an appointment and reception staff are relatively easy to deal with, perhaps the odd strained conversation but it's not an easy job they have so I prefer to show a bit of understanding. Definitely turned out to be a change for the best.”

“I''ve been going to the Pharmacy for longer than I care to admit, most recently there was a manufacturing issue with Creon's which without I like many others simply cant eat. During time both Rachael the Pharmacist and Rachael went far above and beyond trying to obtain the Creon's, they were in constant contact and displayed sheer determination and drive. They would check every morning for availability from multiple suppliers and provided continuous updates for weeks, until they eventually managed to obtain some and again called me the same day so I could collect them later that day. I have read a lot of complaints on here about this Pharmacy, my experience has always been both Rachael's and all other members of staff have always been consummate professionals, always pleasant very engaging, have the patience of a saint and will always do what they can to help and advice at the drop of a hat. Without their support and drive I don't know what I would have done. Well should be proud to have such a fantastic team of dedicated professionals all under one small roof. Best people and Pharmacy ever, they should be celebrated as they deserve it and then some.”
