“Great visit and l got some lovely and great priced clothes for an 8 year old girl. The till girl was held back by someone who wanted to pay using the phone at the till point. After a few minutes there were seven people waiting to be served. We git to the til and another person arrived to serve at another till. This helped to speed things up. I felt sorry for the young girl who had,to guide someone on what to do with a phone purchase they were making. She did so well but it took time.”

“I went in looking for a jumper i had saw online. It was supposed to be in stock in the store but i couldnt see it. A lovely sales assistant went looking for it and then when she couldnt fund it went to check the stock room. I wasnt expecting her to find it but she came back down with one. I think th lady's names Wad jamielee she's was incredible the help she gave was great my daughter is very veey slim and wanted a beige skirt they didn't have her size but a age 10 in the khaki. She found the skirt let my daughter try it on and found the smaller size online. Very helpful very lovely woman and can't thank her enough. 10/10 for her amazing customer service Thank you”

I was looking online for shoes and every pair that I looked at online, for every branch they said Out of Stock but then when I went in to the store in Braehead most pairs I was interested in had been in stock, great patient staff going back and forward made me buy a few pairs when initially was only in for 1 pair. Poor show for the website and thumbs up for the staff at the store.”
