“I had absolutely fantastic customer service from a staff member at Next at the fort in Glasgow.Abigail could not have done anymore for me if she tried, I was trying to get last minute kids items for a holiday the next day and Abigail was just so helpful , even offering to contact Edinburgh airports Next shop for me.Her demeanour was perfect and staff like this must be appreciated and looked after as it will help the company so much.I heard her dealing with the next customer in exactly the same way,I really hope any senior management see this review as I wanted to contact Next directly but couldn’t.This girl is a star.”

“Went in looking for a replacement for the boots I’ve been wearing all day every day for the past few years, since it not being winter none were out but the sales assistants were super helpful, I believe I was served by Abby, I gave them a description of my boots and she managed to find the new model on the system and luckily had my size! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, straight onto finding what I was hunting for, it was just a great experience. Thanks for making my usually dreaded shoe shopping into a positive interaction :)”

“Came in today to get my sons schools shoes and i just want to say a huge thank you to Yaqeen. I think that was her name, girl wearing headscarf. My son has autism and wasnt in the mood to go school shopping and wasnt listening to a thing i was saying and this member of staff was wonderful. She kept talking to my son and being really friendly. He didnt want to get his feet measured and i was just going to leave it for another day but with her kindness he actually listened to her and managed to get his feet measured and go home with a lovely pair of shoes. Thank you so much to this member of staff ! In a world where people can be cruel and turn their backs on a kid not listening this staff member actually helped make our day just a little bit better. Hes in a much better mood now and is really happy with his new shoes.”

“I'm trans so feel very self conscious when out. Fortunately M&S here must either train staff well on this or they just don't get hung up over that stuff. Girl on the till was so sweet, really friendly (she liked my ring, lovely of her to say) and she put me at ease. Wish I noted her name. This was around 1830/45 on the second floor.
