“I needed my contact lenses for going on holiday on Wednesday. When I contacted them, i didn't have a contacts lens prescription, they arranged an appointment at the earliest convenience for me and I got my contacts delivered to my house on Saturday (within 3 days) which i was very pleased with. Also, during the appointment, I took a while putting my contacts in as i was doing it after ages and the staff member just left me to it and gave me all the time i needed which i appreciated. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at vision express in silverburn and would highly recommend them.”

“It was easy to find with lots of parking and plenty of green spaces to walk the dog before going in. The reception staff were very kind and helpful and the waiting area is bright airy and very spacious, there are wee individual pods to sit in so nervous/excitable pets have space. I think cats had their own room. The vet/Dr we saw was very kind and thorough and we were kept informed of our dogs progress throughout. Nobody wants to visit the hospital with their pet but if we had to go again it would be reassuring to know it was the UoGSAH we were returning to.”

“I recently visited Ever Clinic for skin tag removal. Dr Roisin was fantastic - explained the risks and benefits of having the procedure done, with no pressure whatsoever to proceed. I was able to have the procedure done the same day, with all steps being clearly explained to me during the procedure itself. Two weeks on and it’s healing well. “Buddy needed his claws trimmed. He also has chronic tummy problems and had not been using his litter tray or eating. The girls managed, unlike previous vets, to subdue him long enough for the nail cutting and examined him and found he had no problems. Next day, of course, he was eating heartily and the results produced. lol. The staff are friendly, patient and kind. Not the trauma we feared for our rescue boy.”
