“I had absolutely fantastic customer service from a staff member at Next at the fort in Glasgow.Abigail could not have done anymore for me if she tried, I was trying to get last minute kids items for a holiday the next day and Abigail was just so helpful , even offering to contact Edinburgh airports Next shop for me.Her demeanour was perfect and staff like this must be appreciated and looked after as it will help the company so much.I heard her dealing with the next customer in exactly the same way,I really hope any senior management see this review as I wanted to contact Next directly but couldn’t.This girl is a star.”

I would just like to mention that all staff are very nice but one member of staff called Sandra goes above and beyond regardless of how busy she is. She is always smiling and so happy at her job. “Was in store on 1/5/24 evening looking for a suit for my wee boys first communion. The lady who served us went above and beyond to help me get the correct size and nothing was to much for her. Never got the lady’s name but great customer service and got everything I was looking for.”

“Sometimes good buys at the outlet store but not many bargains to be had today. In the women's dept was half jackets with the summer gathered sleeve edges but out there is the freeing weather. Anyway hopefully they will have more of what I need soon but this store used to be so much better.”

“I'm trans so feel very self conscious when out. Fortunately M&S here must either train staff well on this or they just don't get hung up over that stuff. Girl on the till was so sweet, really friendly (she liked my ring, lovely of her to say) and she put me at ease. Wish I noted her name. This was around 1830/45 on the second floor. “I would just like to say thank you to Ayub in the men's department at Silverburn Marks & Spencer. He was immensely helpful and patient, and despite the vague description that I gave him (I was feeling unwell and not used to buying from the men's dept) he managed to find exactly what I was looking for. He couldn't have been nicer and made what would have been an extremely stressful experience without him a stress free trip to M&S with Ayub at hand. He has encyclopaedic knowledge of the men's stock, in this case the trousers, and was just so amazing. If I'm shopping for men's items again, I will be heading straight to Ayub. His colleague at the checkout who sent me to Ayub was also brilliant but sadly I didn't get her name. Thank you so much!!!”

“Primark in Glasgow is massive! The selection is huge, with tons of trendy clothes at super affordable prices. As a tourist, it was perfect for grabbing some great quality dresses on the go. Plus, they have a big, free car park! Highly recommend.”

“Great visit and l got some lovely and great priced clothes for an 8 year old girl. The till girl was held back by someone who wanted to pay using the phone at the till point. After a few minutes there were seven people waiting to be served. We git to the til and another person arrived to serve at another till. This helped to speed things up. I felt sorry for the young girl who had,to guide someone on what to do with a phone purchase they were making. She did so well but it took time.”
