This is mainly due to the excellent customer service I receive from all members of staff that work there. Whilst remaining professional at all times they are very friendly & can't do enough to help.”

“Called at Screwfix, Brigg to collect a radiator valve, as none of the Hull branches had the one in I wanted. For years, my Screwfix account has had the wrong name on it, as it was erroneously set up in the name of the first person I had purchased a radiator for, to do a job. I have been told previously that I would have to download the Screwfix app, to change the name on the account myself. Well I just have to mention and commend Zoe at Screwfix, Brigg. What a breath of fresh air she was. She said she could change the name on my account, and it took her about 5 minutes. She was really friendly and helpful, what excellent customer service. Thank you Zoe :).”

Only one till to take cash very long queue to pay but two staff shouting for you to pay by card. Out of a queue of ten people no one wanted to pay with card . So two staff doing nothing yet a long queue at the other till. Does that not say something”

Wilko makes a great alternative to some more expensive DIY stores and offers the same if not better quality. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“Being a regular and not living far dim Wickes I must tell you how very helpful the staff are . I often go in on my mobility scooter and ask at the pay points or staff if they can tell me where I can find things that I want. Nearly always they walk to show me and when I buy they’ll scan things on my scooter so I don’t have to bend and pick them up. I often take my dog on the scooter and the staff always offer him dog treats , they love him his names Lucky and he’s a ShihTzus . I went in yesterday on my electric bike and small trailer for some bags of stones for putting over black out cloth to kill the weeds. I got 5 bags but took only 2 .The staff told me to leave the rest on the trolley and leave the rest near the door and do 2 more runs which I did. They are brilliant staff and it’s well worth going in for a brilliant service and don’t forget , it’s dog friendly.”
