“My Labrador is not very keen on bathes or the hairdryer but is always ok going to Gallipots and come out smelling lovely and having trim nails ! Other places she has utterly refused to go in a second time so they are definitely doing something right ! This is her in her Christmas bandana that they gave her after her pre Christmas bath !”

“Took my dad's border collie today for her first groom with Wagtails. As a rescue dog, she was very nervous and anxious to have people touching her coat where she was badly matted. Speaking to Louisa and discussing everything, I felt I was well informed of what to expect going forward and although we had to wait a few weeks, we did it so Sal would be more comfortable and the salon being quieter for her. I didn't feel judged by the state she was in when we arrived with the heavy underarm matting and Louisa was great with the reassurance that they could go at Sal's pace. After going to numerous other groomers who have struggled with her, I was so impressed by the happy dog that awaited me. She looks and smells delicious - her coat is so shiny I thought for a moment they'd bought the wrong dog out for me. Although Sal had a few nervous moments, they managed to complete her groom and get ever matt removed, she must feel like a new dog. I think some people may gulp at the price, but honestly, it's been worth every penny. And hopefully with more regular grooming sessions she'll not worry too much going forward which is the plan. I can't thank Louisa and Hannah enough! Thank you so much for your time, can definitely tell you run a lovely clean place as Sal came out happy. I'd definitely recommend you to others and suggest people to get in touch for the grooming services they require.”

“Taylor & Pooch have been looking after my English bull terrier for around 3 months since been around 4 months old and have helped greatly with his development and interaction with other dogs. They're professional responsive and have great communication skills whilst I am away offshore and keep me updated with how Lenny is getting along. As a veteran myself, I knew he would be in solid hands with Nick and Karl and from the start they've keep Lenny safe, fit and in check since he started with them. However Kerry is an absolute angel, she has worked extremely hard with Bobby over the last 3 years to build up his trust and to create a lovely bond. She never pushes him past his comfort zone and ensures that how he feels is the most important thing. After what happened I am also a nervous owner however as soon as we arrive at Bo’bella and I see Bobby run up to Kerry and give her kisses all over her face all of my worries melt away. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry, our entire family would be lost without her and it means the world to us that Bobby is slowing becoming more comfortable with his grooms. “What a fab groomers, great staff as well as having previous veterinary experience. They are very loving with their furry customers and don't rush them. I took my handsome black lab to have his anal gland expressed and a bath to sooth his itchy skin! He came out very happy, he is much more relaxed and hasn't been driving himself mad chewing at his skin! I would recommend them!”

“First time at this groomers & what a fab experience. Hannah was lovely & gave HAL a super groom, he looked & smelled fabulous afterwards & especially was pleased how his beard was styled to maintain the length but get rid of the matts. No being made to feel bad for allowing a few matts to build, as I've experienced elsewhere. Loved this place, only difficulty was parking. I'd definitely be back but have noticed there's one of their parlours just round the corner from home, saving travel & time off work. This was well worth the money, very pleased with service & result. Thankyou ladies & apologies for his woofing when he was having to wait in the pen for the bath!”
