Her customer service today was second to none, I work in customer service myself so I know how hard it can be keeping everyone happy. “My phone had a screen damage from a washing machine accident. The technician was very professional and gave expert advice without sugar coating anything. The phone was still a bit wet but he managed to dry it and change the screen within a few minutes. Will definitely keep in mind if I ever have further tech hardware issues.”

I’ve gone in with a dryer heating element thermostat fault query expecting to have to buy a brand-new element for over 30 quid, but instead was shown a secret Hotpoint hack for resetting one of the thermostats and fixing the fault. “This is a great place for a relaxed coffee or lunch. We found the coffee and food really good and the service excellent. My husband is in an electric wheelchair but despite the journey through the store and up in the lift, access was ok and the staff eager to find us a good spot in the cafe. Original, wholesome and relaxing coffee spot. We’re holidaying between Harrogate and York again and we will visit this place several times…. Just off there now in fact!”

“We contacted Interiors 4 Living regarding the installation of a corner log burner. Our initial contact was with Jacob, who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledge, about the entire process. On the day of the installation the fitters Matty and Dylan (and a little help from Kyle) were exceptional. They carried out the work to a high standard, they were respectful in regards to the property and furniture and have done an absolutely fantastic job. Everyone we have dealt with are a credit to the company! Highly recommended”
