“Toilet started leaking Saturday morning. Arrived at City Plumbing at 11.59am. (Bearing in mind they shut for the week-end at 12.00 noon). The two staff members were at the door ready to leave and lock up. No problem they said....we're here to help. They had to open up the tills to process my purchase. They helped me in my time of need without any signs of displeasure. I can thoroughly recommend this company”

“Absolutely great customer service from Brannan at Castleford. I called not really knowing what I needed, hired a large dehumidifier which dried out my plastered room a treat. Refund of deposit made straight away (not "it'll be 7 days" like a lot of businesses). Great service all round, will definitely use again and would highly recommend.”

“On Wednesday evening 26th June I went online and ordered 2/ 1ton bags of 20mm gravel for my garden, I was informed that delivery was 3 to 5 working days, so I was shocked and surprised when it was delivered the very next morning at 9.30am, absolutely fantastic service, the driver was brilliant too, putting it on the front garden, very nice and polite gentleman, very well done to all at howarth Timber.”

“Today my daughter fainted in Wilko Woodhouse Lane, Merrion Centre, Leeds and I'm amazed at how fast the staff reacted and helped us out, they called an ambulance (which wasn't helpfull) and even gave us a drink and snack to help her sugar levels free of charge. They were very caring and let us stay till she felt better. 5⭐+ for customer service. Thank you, guys”

“Staff are friendly and has all the essentials. It seems like there isn't enough stock out but I found everything I need (DIY/paint/cleaning essentials). Sale items are located near the tills. Found good bargains and they're well organised with the C19 situation (not slacking and letting everyone in). Sometimes there's queues but that's expected. It's a small store but it is part of retail park.”

“It was a lovely experience shopping in this large store, where a wide variety of products are available. I bought a Daim Easter egg for a cheap price of £2, a version that I was so happy to purchase since it's not on sale at Morrison's or Tesco! The eggs are organized in an area near the counter, not leaving much time between picking one up and getting it. It is clear where the till is due to the pay here circle and I felt satisfied with my service, encountering 100% friendly staff!”

Over all wide choice , good value and a nice size to shop in. Also car park at the back if not needing to go in to town.”
