“I left a bad review the other week due to ordering and waffles been uncooked in side, however, soon as I left the review vibes gave me a call to discuss this when we found out the waffle machine had broken but the cook did not notice, vibes could not apologise enough and gave us free waffles as soon as they got a new machine as well as adding extras onto our order for the inconvenience! I have to say I am very impressed by this as it’s not often places do this anymore. I absolutely love vibes and just a phone call to apologise in the first place still made me order again the week after ☺️”

“Visited Mother Hubbard’s on Leeds Road and had an excellent experience. Even though it was busy, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Sophie in particular deserves a special mention — she was extremely polite, well-mannered, and very professional. I mentioned that I needed to get to work, and she made sure my food was prepared and brought out swiftly without compromising on quality. Her attitude and service really stood out and made the visit even better. Great food, great prices, and outstanding customer service. Big thanks to Sophie — truly appreciated. Highly recommended!”

“I had a jacket potato here today I wish I took a photo of how beautifully it was presented. I chose chicken steak and coleslaw as the fillings and had fresh salad to go with it for £7.50. The potato was massive & cooked to perfection buttery including the skin and the fillings were delicious. If you’re looking for a quick healthy bite go here you won’t regret it.”

“Friendly staff at the counter, it appeared someones order had been delayed and they were very professional apologising and keeping the customer happy. My order was cooked without a hitch, the pizza was delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked with a good size portion. They looked to have some good cheesecakes in the dessert chiller cabinet too.”

“Great meal but a little bit flustered at midday for the first order it seemed… food took an okay time to come and was really nice. The offer itself meant that the 2 for 10.99 was reasonable since we were a group of four plus could add on for a small amount extra. Great atmosphere and lovely place to eat and have a drink. Great selection of other drinks and a good array of food not just on the offers menu too. For non alcoholic beverages there were a selection of mock tails or refillable diet / low sugar drinks available too.”

“The gentleman who took my order was very polite and had no issue with my taking a moment to look at the menu. I ordered a 11'' meat feast stuffed crust, with chips and a can of pepsi max. While small and sat right on the main road, Wibsey Spice is a lovely little place. My food was finished in a good amount of time and I thoroughly enjoyed every single bit. Personally I would have liked a bit more cheese in the stuffed crust but that's just me. Will definitely order from this place again!”
