“Service was very good, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Had a table for 2 on Saturday evening and had a really good time. Its been recently refurbished and they've done a great job of it. There's the bar area upstairs if you only want drinks or the restaurant downstairs if you're dining out, both refurbished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend paying a visit”

“I reached Leeds in the evening from Manchester. After reading some google reviews I was a bit skeptical about this hotel . I was pleasantly surprised as the check-in and checkout experience was seamless and quick . As I am a Radisson Premium Member I was upgraded to the top floor and the room was superb. Spacious, spotlessly clean and the water in the shower and taps was nice and hot. Some reviews stated otherwise. The aircon I didn’t use as the weather was cold. I did not eat the breakfast hence unable to comment on it.”

“5 stars is an understatement for this amazing bar and restaurant! I got a hallumi gyro which was the most delicious gyro I had ever eaten. Everyone I was with really enjoyed their meal. We also had 2 rounds of cocktails which were gorgeously presented in lovely glasses with fruit etc. They also tasted lovely. The staff were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely reccomend this restaurant to anyone! When we got there at 5.30 there were some families with children, however past about 6.30 the atmosphere was much more lively which was great!”

“I visit a lot of Sizzling pubs and so far this has been the best. Only visited for the first time on 24th October 2025. From the moment you walked in you could feel the warmth. A great friendly greeting from the landlady's husband and shown to our pre booked table. Ordering was easy. The starters came out fairly quickly and was hot. After a short wait between courses the mains came and they were very hot. Unlike many pubs they hadn't spent ages under a lamp. The gammon and pork chop was cooked perfectly. I would recommend this Sizzling pub to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable visit”

“A little cautious at first as there weren’t many people in but we were early and it’s Thursday. We were not disappointed. Thursday offer of £40 for a steak dinner and wine for 2 and it was really good. Great cut of steak, cooked perfectly, amazing sauce, chips to die for (crisp doesn’t cover it) and really good wine. Superb music too. If we lived in York we would be here every Thursday. Shannon our server was friendly and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend”

“We hosted our annual trade show pre-dinner at the Biltmore Bar & Grill in York on Tuesday, 14th October, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and always ready to help. Bar service was quick, efficient, and delivered with a friendly smile. The food was outstanding, a wide variety of delicious options, all of excellent quality. Given the size of our group, we opted for a buffet-style setup, which worked perfectly. The staff ensured the buffet was consistently replenished and that everyone was well looked after. I would highly recommend the Biltmore Bar & Grill for future events. “Tried this for the first time and omg it is fantastic quick service but you can taste how fresh their food is, burgers are phenomenal albeit a little bit peppery on a couple of bites, fantastic staff and I will definitely be going again.”

“Love this place. Its turned into the go-to whenever I work in the area. All staff are great, rooms are so clean and presentable, and food in the pub is so lovely. Breakfast cooked to order and a really good dinner menu at excellent prices. Highly recommend it and will be back again.”

“Been using from just eat for month+ once a week or so after are lass got platter meal which the chicken was nice and cooked properly and was very reasonably priced. Rung up and ordered today instead as ino just eat are extremely greedy what charge, again food was nice with fast delivery. I'm quite fussy eater and got a pizza aswell not expecting much but that also was banging! ordered 10+ times and all have been fast with fresh hot nice food, even swapped the free bottle of Pepsi for coca cola which i said I'd pay for as I've had so many places refuse, little things like that what shows it cares about customers instead trying squeeze every penny out of them.”

I was also really impressed with the portion sizes, especially for the price – definitely good value for money. “This place has a lovely atmosphere with professional and friendly staff who were very attentive and willing to ensure that we were most comfortable. They gladly relocated us within the restautrant as a member of my party needed extra support as a result of her less obvious disability. The food was well presented and absolutely delicious and there were really good choices and a variety of food available on the menu. In spite of the fact that the place was very busy with lots of diners in to watch the football, the staff did check us often to make sure that we were ok, comfortable and satisfied with our meals. My friend was there before and recommended the restaurant and I certainty was not disappointed. I will definitely be going there again in the future.”

“An absolute dream of a restaurant. They serve a plethora of delicious drinks and cocktails along with food that has care put into it. On the menu there’s burgers, chicken, fajitas, pasta and even vegan options. The wait can sometimes be long but this place is so popular it’s worth the extra wait. Better to have food be good than rushed. Waiters and waitresses are always super-eager to help and will accommodate most anything. Atmosphere and decor is splendid, resembling a vintage American style. They also sing if it’s someone’s birthday which is sweet. Would so highly recommend this place to anyone in the area; visiting or local. It’s such a cuisine heaven!”
