“Change of name from Ruby Lous to The Patio I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Patio, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem in the city. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something to satisfy every palate. The cleanliness of the restaurant is impeccable, creating a pleasant and hygienic dining atmosphere. The staff were fantastic – friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure a great experience for all guests. One of the standout aspects of The Patio is its cost-effectiveness. Despite the high quality of the food and service, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for both casual meals and special occasions. Moreover, The Patio goes above and beyond in accommodating everyone, including people with special needs. The restaurant is fully accessible, and the staff are trained and ready to assist with any specific requirements. Overall, The Patio is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. With its delectable food, pristine environment, superb staff, and inclusive approach, it truly offers an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommended!”

“We've just had our painters meeting AGM today. We all had a meal, and the food was super. Steak and ale pie with chips and peas was excellent. The service was first class, and the staff are wonderful. We go every month. It's a lovely pub.”

“I stayed here to see family for a few days, first visit what can I say it was lovely, staff were great made me feel welcome breakfast was very tasty and the girls on breaking were great even the evening staff also the housekeeper I met that day was very pleasant, only downside the car park was full of litter shout out to Karen Caitlin Mandy and the lady on the evening shift forgot her name will definitely be back.”

“Friendly staff at the counter, it appeared someones order had been delayed and they were very professional apologising and keeping the customer happy. My order was cooked without a hitch, the pizza was delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked with a good size portion. They looked to have some good cheesecakes in the dessert chiller cabinet too.”

“4.5 Stars – Great Pizza & Fast Service! Had a really good experience ordering from Tutti’s on Wakefield Road. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and full of flavour — you can tell they don’t skimp on toppings. I also tried their chicken wrap which was tasty and filling. Delivery was quick and everything arrived hot, which is always a bonus. Prices are reasonable too, especially with the portion sizes. Staff on the phone were polite and helpful when I called to ask about an offer. Only slight improvement would be to add a few more sides or dessert options to the menu — but for a solid pizza fix in Huddersfield, Tutti’s hits the spot. Definitely ordering again soon.”

“We've only moved to the area and have tried most local curry places. We know our way around a curry and tend to have them fairly often. I held off writing a review until we'd had a good variety of dishes. We've had 3 seperate orders now and all have been exceptional. I had high expectations as the place itself always smells incredible when we walk past. The food did not disappoint. We've tried a variety of dishes from milk and creamy to hot and really quite fiery. There's a great range and huge choice. The chilli rice was also noteworthy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to other locals. Infinitely superior to the "other" commonly recommended curry place nearby.”

Clean inside and out, lovely surroundings and plenty for the kids. Thanks to all the staff for making our weekly visit enjoyable for all the family.”

“Where do I start. Visited the sun pub for early dinner booked table online. After entering and been greeted by a friendly chap behind the bar was directed to our table which had my name on reserved. We ordered starters and a main food came out quickly and was absolutely great. We will definitely be returning to this pub for breakfast and Sunday lunches. The staff are all great and very attentive to customers. We didn't know until visit it's dog friendly aswell but we left the pup home . If you're hungry and in the area don't drive passed this brilliant pub.”

“Food You can't really beat the breakfast here as its a Premier Inn breakfast, so an all you can eat buffet. The kids, Mrs and myself love it. The only things I would alter is the bacon cooking a bit longer and adding chopped tomatoes, but for the price I won't complain about it. As with all the Premier Breakfasts you get the hot food, cereal, toast, jams, spreads, refils on tea and coffee. Like I said for the price its bang on. Service Each time ee have been here the table service is quick. The staff always make sure your table is free of plates so you can keep topping up the hole your trying to fill. Usually you can pay after your food but we always pay before. We have never had to have staff fix, alter anything while we have visited. Atmosphere Your typical Premier Inn restaurant style place, clean and tidy and kid friendly. Perfect for families or for business trips even if your on your own you cant really knock it.”

“I can only apologise for the delay in writing this review. My partner and I visited a couple of months ago when staying locally. We loved it so much on the first night that we went back the next day. We have since been a few weeks ago when we were in Huddersfield. They have a Thai Chef and an open kitchen. Their front of house staff are awesome, especially Tom who I believe owns the place. The last time my partner and I went, they had not quite opened for the evening but as Tom saw us passing, he came out and gave us an incredibly warm welcome and even the Chef remembered us! It felt like we were visiting old friends. I went to Thailand last year and can tell you the food from here just does not get more authentic. So much so that the first time I dined there, I had tears in my eyes as the amazing flavours, sights and smells took me right back to Thailand. It is located on an industrial estate but please do not let that put you off as if you are anywhere in Horbury and follow your nose, it will take you straight to this humble place. My partner lives in Liverpool and I live in Manchester. Both of us will travel to go there for a meal without hesitation. It really upsets me to see the negative reviews and they are undeserved. Yes, we all have bad days but never have I come across such an amazing place like this. It is a take away but you can dine in its wonderful surroundings and enjoy the atmosphere. We will be returning time and time again. A huge thank you to everyone who works there. Keep up the good work.”

“We love this restaurant. All the staff are very welcoming and they look after you very well. We have been the this place alot over the years and we have never had a bad meal. Personally I don't think anyone serves a better onion bhaji. Highly recommend a visit.”

“We've had 2 orders. Really friendly. So far we've tried Crispy beef, chicken curry, sweet and sour Cantonese chicken and char sui & chicken fried rice. Prawn toast, spring rolls, ribs, crispy seaweed, satay chicken and s&p squid. These have all been really good sized portions. The food is always hot. Tastes brilliant. Sometimes you can end up with slimy chicken. This place does not serve that at all. It's a good texture. Have to say, I'm very impressed. Plus I love the money trees!”
