“Very kind and compassionate when we found an injured cat, giving treatment quickly and helping get the cat reunited with his owners. They have a waifs and strays fund if anyone wants to contribute to that. If I get a pet I'll definitely use this vet's.”

Our boy Rupert adores going here and always comes back knackered for a good 24hrs after one day with Tess which is perfect for us as he's an 8 month old Golden Retriever so has plenty of energy usually and is often challenging tiring him out. Thanks so much for providing a fun and stimulating environment for our pup!”

“We visited Boots Fosse Park 3 October 2025 and had an exceptional experience with Lizzy who works in the fragrances / cosmetics department. Lizzy came up to us and she was so friendly, helpful, polite and down to earth. We had a great conversation and she took her time to understand what I wanted and recommended some lovely products - of one which I bought there and then. Lizzy has such a warm, charming and sincere demeanour and you can tell she really loves her job which is selling great products with a genuine interest in the client. We left the store walking on air! We will definitely be back thanks to Lizzy and her service as well as the vast range of products that you sell. Keep it up. 10/10.”

“I simply wouldn’t put my dog anywhere else. I have a highly anxious retired military Belgian shepherd. I looked at many places and Buena Vista is the only one with the staff and kennel that I can have my dog at. I have every trust in the staff dealing with my dog they listen and follow the instructions (lots of them) my dog has started now to pull into the kennels when we arrive. If you want a play with experienced staff that treat your dog as their own then these guys are the ones.”
