“Esme is a brilliant groomer. She is always so lovely and polite when I come in with my dog. Coco loves esme and always comes home looking fabulous. I will never go elsewhere! She also managed to fit me in during the busy lead up to Christmas which I really appreciate as she opened up extra appointments. I could not recommend her more!”

“My cat izzy had an amazing time here and was looked after so well she loves her food but didn’t want any when she got home so must’ve been fed very well too!!! She’s very happy. The review below is misleading, owner is very responsive and helpful - you can easily reach them on WhatsApp. I imagine it’s hard always answering the phone when you are looking after the cats, but they answered first time I called so don’t think that is a fair representation. The owner is a natural with cats, provided lots of lovely updates on how izzy was doing and if there were any concerns she had!! I’ve booked izzy in again for when we next go away - the care was much better than when I’ve sent her to other catteries. One happy cat and owner ☺️”

“We took our German Shepherd, who is very nervous with people he doesn't know and tends to growl at them. The staff at Ruff to Royal were fantastic with him and made him feel at ease. He let them bath him, groom him, and even clip his claws, where he would usually shrink away from strangers. Well done to all of the staff for giving our family dog a wonderful experience. “Out of all the groomers we have tried (and been traumatised from) we finally found jess!! We have been going to fresh as a daisy for about a year now and I can't fault her one bit. She's so loving towards all the dogs, one on one attention is given and my pup Bear comes out all fluffy and smelling lovely! I'm sure she does a mini spa treatment because he falls asleep within 5 minutes after leaving...everytime! Highly, highly recommend fresh as a daisy dog service!”
