“Had a lovely breakfast here with quick, friendly service. The food arrived fast, and the Nutella croissant and teacakes, with honey they kindly gave rather than the usual butter, was gorgeous. My wife had a decaf mocha that she said was absolutely top notch. I'd recommend coming here and will be coming back. Fully stocked baby changing facilities in the bathroom if needed which is definitely something we noted for the future as we are expecting our first any day now!”
“Class little coffee ☕️ shop if you're nearby. Can talk over bit of business over a drink, small private meeting room (for 8) can be pre-booked.”
“Great coffee, great beautifully presented brunch food. Good interesting veggie options. Support a local cafe instead of paying for a Premier inn breakfast!”
“One of the best places to sit down and have a good coffee and taking your time for your next plans. Lovely coffee and if you are for that extra shot coffee, it is definitely worth it”
“My friend and me visited for the 1st time today. And we felt so welcome. Stayed for 2 drinks each. So comfortable. I had a caramel slice which was delicious. My friend had a brownie slice. Which I could see had big chunks of chocolate in it.”
“Lovely food at great prices , went on a Friday and was 241 pizzas which were 12' and extremely filling. The tapas options are also great and tasty. Would recommend going to anyone in the area. Food came in good time and was lovely and hot. Belting place”
“Amazing selection of food and drinks available. Top service from start to finish with a special mention for Amber and Alex Would highly recommend.”
“My Grandaughter treated me to a croissant and latte she had millionaire shortbread and tea it was nice not too busy”
“Perfect spot to get a quality coffee & a bite to eat if you’re in the LA1 vicinity. Collect drinks & eats when called. Toilets and co-working space upstairs.”
“Great coffee, good vibe and friendly staff. This is a good place to work from as a student or working professional, the WiFi is fast and there is a good selection of coffees and food available. Quirky interior design which you will appreciate.”
“Nice shop with locally roasted coffee! The lady there was very welcoming and recommended some good blends.”
“Bean coffee is a good place to try alternative coffees. I often order their Spanish lattes (which I did this time) but I have also tried their Earl grey vanilla latte and matcha latte which were just as good. They even have a beetroot latte (!) The only downfall is that they only offer these coffees in one size. I wish I could order a large. The price is also very good, £3.75 for the Spanish latte. The caramel cannoli which I ordered was not to my personal taste. First time trying a cannoli so I did not know what to expect.”
“Very good atmosphere and quiet very friendly staff attentive. Recommended to relax with friends.”
“Brilliant cafe, the food is 10/10 and the service is exceptional.”
“Grabbed a starbucks on Friday 21st around 8pm. Served by a lady with short pink hair and a guy I think was called Jack. Really friendly service on a very busy packed theatre day (Barbieheimmer cinema day) and nicest drinks ever? Helped with recommendations when I had no idea what to grab. Thanks guys!”
“The staff in this Costa are very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and great service!”
“Since this is my first time visiting this place, I thought I would share my experience. Nice clean place, with a relaxing atmosphere, did have a slight difficult ordering my food due to my speech implement, but the person who was serving me was patient and polite. The food was excellent and lovely. The only down side, was the parking, but lucky a friend showed me where to park. All in all, definitely recommend visiting 'The Old Bank Coffee & Wine'.”
“Just been for the first time today after hearing good things. What a lovely little place. Can't wait to pop back in again.”
“I haven't stopped in a Costa for a while but stopped withy daughter for a treat, staff at this location were lovely and friendly, coffees great and they had really good brownies reduced half price.”
“Quite busy coffee always good it's pricey but you get what you pay for service and staff friendly”
“Fantastic place for a coffee, awesome and friendly staff (particularly Shania who's always smiling and happy), really enjoy visiting this cafe and some nice shops nearby too. 10/10.”
“Very clean and the staff were polite and fast. Drink were hot and the food was fresh, not much more you can ask for from a coffee shop”
“Staff very friendly and helpful i am a disabled pensioner and they always go out of their way to assist me”
“Considering how busy the staff are here they always seem to be on the ball. Very pleasant and hardworking. The drinks and food are always enjoyable. Place is always clean and tidy. Very nice”
“Best Starbuck's coffee I've had. The milk was steamed perfectly for a latte compared to other starbucks' where the foam is not dense and velvety.”
“We visited for lunch when we arrived in Liverpool and then for breakfast the next three mornings. What can I say, we loved the food at Peaberry, the quality, quantity, choice and price was excellent. Over the course of three days we had beef brisket toasted sandwich, club sandwich (which has to be the biggest sandwich I’ve ever seen), full english, new york bagel, beef brisket and poached eggs on sour dough, pancakes with bacon, syrup & pecans and avocado, poached eggs and tomatoes on sour dough. We also had mimosas the first morning to start our weekend break. As I said all food was excellent, tasty, hot and arrived with no delay. Staff were all friendly and polite and we loved the decor. If you are in the area you must visit, you won’t eat a hotel breakfast again. I am so glad I researched the area first. We could have stayed another few days and still not worked our way through the menu! One last point, thank you for providing a decent teapot that holds more than one cup of tea, an essential start to my morning!”
“The best coffee, the staff awalys friendly, I really recommend this place”
“A relaxing place, i just sat and chilled with a book”
“Top service here in Leigh! Came here over three days on a course and the lady serving us remembered our coffee orders every time and provided it with a warm, friendly welcoming. Very impressive and greatly appreciated.”
“The special pasta was absolutely amazing! Chef Amin was fantastic and even shared the story behind the dish, which made it extra special. The staff were super friendly, and the whole experience left us so happy. Great food, great people – highly recommend!”
