“Its a fantastic store the best in Ellesmere Port town centre ( but in fairness the bar is pretty low) great location, only downside is you pay for parking before 1800, but that's down to council.”

“Great craft beer bar. Friendly staff and atmosphere with reasonable prices for the products available. Children are allowed on till 7pm which is handy. Would recommend for anybody who likes their beer or just likes a local atmosphere from an independent local business.”

“First time ordering from here and it wont be the last every item on our order was fantastic. Our daughter recommended this fantastic place to us,my parents visited before they went to Thailand and they enjoyed it. Now we have tried it.I was hooked after just 2 mouthfuls of my chicken panang. The spring rolls, fishcakes and the stuffed wings exquisite. We are celebrating our 27th anniversary and this was our anniversary meal. I guarantee we will be ordering again thank you so much.”

“We are on a job just round the corner from here. First thing we smelt when we got out our van was a lovely aroma of food. We followed our noses and stumbled across this cafe. Unfortunately it was just closing but the lovely staff still made us up some awesome sandwiches. Good value good quality ingredients Lovely staff. “Good location, next to Cheshire Oaks whilst avoiding the busyness of the crowds. Nobody inside when we went in, staff were nice and quick. Did have the wrong size drink but the nice lady quickly corrected, easy mistake to make. Very clean inside the store too, no litter outside, no overflowing bins. Outdoor seating was great for a Costa.”

“Always come here when on this part of town, often when we've been to Whitby Park across the road. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I like the beer garden on a hot summer's day. Today we stopped off for a quick drink and a snack to eat, and if we hadn't needed to be somewhere else, we would've had stayed for a proper course of dinner. My Mam was very impressed with the place and she liked the chilled atmosphere. She said that she'd be coming again next time her and my Dad visit us”

“Just called for a quick one while the weather was actually warmish the other Saturday. Sat in the pleasant beer garden. Served by a very pleasant and polite girl. Couldn't get over the price for a large G and T very reasonable. Didn't have time to eat.”

“We came here today for the first time in over a year. I give it all fives as didn’t have any problems. The server was very friendly, food was brilliant and the atmosphere was nice. The robot butler came a few times with our food - that was an unexpected twist. Overall, definitely better than Broughton Park.”

“We ordered a buffet for my birthday, had our (grown up) children and our grandchildren around to celebrate with us. We'll picked the £7.50 a head option which included savouries as well as sandwiches. It did not disappoint, everyone was very complimentary about the food, so much that we will be ordering again.”

“A good place to stop halfway around the shops… This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks. We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour. We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing. The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours. The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a better experience.”

“My have stayed here for 3 nights now and due to depart tomorrow. During our stay we had an issue with the heating on the first night and when speaking to a very nice gent called Ryan the next morning he came to the room to sort the problem out straight away. For me it's not if there's a problem but how it's corrected. This was done really quickly and efficiently. The rest of the stay was really good. Great staff and good tasty food. But a special mention should be for Ryan, every time we went downstairs from our room he was there with a smile on his face whether that was 11 o'clock at night or 7 o'clock in the morning he is a real asset. We will be back again.”

“Always love the café at Theatre Porto, staff are lovely and the food is delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed the lunch served at yesterday's Slow Stitching workshop, particularly the very tasty sweet potato and chickpea tart and divine black forest cheesecake!! Highly recommend a visit, great venue with a great cafe, both adding so much to the community. ⭐⭐⭐⭐”
