“Newish store.. As a delivery driver I like a quick look at what's in store (apart from free coffee) they've got some great ideas in their showroom, fab bathroom cabinets / mirrors. Nice internal doors too. Delivered here Thursday 1st July. Only place in my memory where one of the office / managers came onto the yard and actually helped by jumping on the forks. “Had a lovely kitchen delivered in May more than enough parts and shelves nothing scrimped. Delivered on time by really friendly guys , wasnt happy with 2 wall corner units the manager came out and could see my problem. After a bit of persuading agreed to change them . Thank you Emma for the planning very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was fitted by one of their fitters Ryan excellent job lovely guy done to a high standard and cleaned up after each visit. Even came back to refit the plinths after floor fit. Thanks Ryan. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful park and friendly helpful locals. Great place to walk the dog, exercise or take the kids. There is a small playground which is suitable for younger children, maybe say aged younger than 7 or 8. Plenty of on street parking is available depending on which road you use.”

“Stayed for 2 nights last weekend. The staff were very helpful and welcoming especially the young lady on reception and the lady looking after us in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was as expected, clean and perfectly acceptable. It was also a great location for exploring Liverpool without staying in the city itself as it was only a 5 min walk from the nearest train station.”

“Jenny looked after our dog while we were away recently. Very reasonable rates & she is a real animal lover! Our dog seemed very happy and content when we returned, so much nicer than having to put her in kennels, which we didn't want to do, as she is a rescue dog, so we wanted her to be at ease in her own home. Jenny has a rescue dog herself, so is aware of how anxious they can get in certain situations and is very good at distracting & calming them. Would definitely recommend.”

“Hi, I came in yesterday to the Birkenhead store on Grange Road, to get one of them birthday cakes which you put your own photograph on. To say I struggled to do it was an understatement. I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. He was kind, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. I asked him his name, and he said it was Kieran. I'd just like to thank him so much for his help and to say he is an asset to your store x.
