“This is a great place to stop off for a quick vegetarian/ vegan lunch. Their falafel bowls and wraps go down a treat for me and my girlfriend, we are always served with a smile and the price is unbeatable for a healthy lunch smashing in your 5 a day. “Great Venue for some pub games with friends or significant other. The rates are far and there’s plenty of tables/boards that you’ll usually get a game. Upon arrival you do need to sign up to their system, takes around 2/3minutes done by a QR code when entering. Everyone who is with you must do it for reference. The service is great and very friendly alongside the cost of the drinks being fair and what’s expected for the city centre. Been a few times and will continue to go Riley’s whenever I feel like a few games with friends.”

“An amazing cafe in the centre of Liverpool! Although their Menu doesn't have much on it, if you want an all day breakfast this is the place to go! They have a veggie option as well, but the full English was very tasty, and the sausages were much better than other places I've tried! Very good atmosphere as well with friendly staff, and don't be put off by the pink theme! Got chocolate was also great, although a little expensive at £4.10”

“We popped to Hoole a few weeks back and had seen this restaurant and said we'd come back and try it. So we did and oh my days it was so delicious. The portion sizes were huge. There is an option to choose half portions which I thought was a lovely idea and great for lunch times if you didn't want a big meal. We will definitely be coming back”

Stavros was incredibly polite and friendly on the phone, and that same warm attitude continued when we arrived — he greeted us with a smile and guided us to our table with genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the cooking. “We loved this place in the Albert Dock in Liverpool. We had the Pad Thai and Massaman beef curry. They were both great. The place was bouncing at 8.30 on a Sunday night so the atmosphere was great! This is somewhere we would definitely go back to!”

“Absolutely phenomenal! Ribeye cooked to perfection, chunky chips were really nice and cooked well. Stilton Diane sauce was also really good. The star of the show for us unbelievably was the white chocolate cheesecake with berry compote. This dessert was so light and tasted amazing, honestly one of the nicest things ive ever tasted! Served by Holly, fantastic service and friendly smile. Made sure we were looked after during our visit. Very informative and well presented. The dining area was very clean and modern, a real nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. 5 stars all round.”

“The pizza here was phenomenal, excellent quality which is nice as you feel like you’re still getting a premium type experience despite the fabulously casual vibe of the restaurant:) the prices of the pizzas were reasonable, around £12-14 from what I remember and were definitely worth it. My partner and I also tried the Iced Bailey’s Latte (a cocktail) which was stunning and something a bit different! Would really recommend coming here, it can get quite busy on a weekend so would also recommend booking just to be on the safe side! Overall an amazing experience:)”

From the moment we arrived,,the staff were welcoming, attentive and made us feel relaxed. everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble The food was absolutely delicious- everyone at the table loved their dishes and portions were generous. Drinks were great, the atmosphere was lively without being too loud and service friendly and professional. We all said the same thing : we’d definitely come back. “What a find just along from Penny Lane. A real hidden gem of a restaurant. Unassuming from the outside but tastefully done on the inside. Very well themed very clean and a very pleasant setting for an afternoon tea and cake, glass of wine or cocktail, small plates, or in fact an excellent range of starters, main courses, and deserts. All good portions, well presented, and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, offering an excellent service. We will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended.”

“Friendly staff. Access is brilliant for the disabled. Plenty of variety of foods available. If you spend over £25 in store then free delivery to your home is available. Outside there is a taxi rank if you do not have a car and the drivers are happy to help you load the bags. Some will even take your trolley back in for you.”

“I stayed here for two nights and the experience was genuinely solid. Great and varied breakfast options, an excellent central location, and very comfortable beds made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight the team — Sergio at the reception was extremely helpful and professional, Rafael in the restaurant brought a lot of positive energy, and Dawid rounded off the stay perfectly with a friendly conversation. As someone who works in the industry, I really appreciate this kind of natural and authentic guest approach. Overall, a hotel definitely worth recommending — both for the service and the location.”
