Having experienced Boots' service and observed in frustration as the period from ordering to receiving edged ever upwards to, at one point, ten days, and having an argument with staff about the same, I felt it was time to find someone else. I contacted Simply Pharmacy and the process was so easy. My very next repeat prescription was supplied by them, within three days of ordering on Patient Access, and delivered to my door. That time frame has often been less than 48 hours. At midday today, I received my latest repeat prescription, albeit only one item. What is most surprising is that I ordered this via Patient Access late yesterday afternoon - a bank holiday! Brilliant Service from an independent.”

“Neston pet shop and grooming has now been under new ownership since July 2024. The reason I go to the shop so often is because I do my best to help raise money and get food donations to two charities close to my heart. One is Shads Legacy, dog rescue North Wales and the other is Whitegate Animal Sanctuary, Hoylake. Wirral. Jan donates a variety of animal food and treats to both charities as well as others. I love the fact that it has kept it's character of a traditional shop and It is stocking all the usual products but now has many new goodies too. I have been in a number of times and to get various items and not only are they in stock they even deliver within a reasonable distance ! If there is an item that is not in normal stock, Jan will do her best to source it for you. Jan has a vast amount of knowledge about animal care due to working with animals and animal safety previously as an RSPCA officer many years ago but also a mum of 3 dogs, sadly number 4, Sid passed away recently. The shop stocks a range of chilled treats for your dogs too and I'm sure there will be even more as the weather gets warmer. Kellie is the dog groomer. It was fascinating watching her work yesterday. It's definitely worth a visit if you have any pet needs!”
