“A lovely unassuming fine dinning experience in a friendly, relaxed (read unstuffy) environment. Took my mother as a birthday treat for the 3 course Tasting Lunch on a Sat. Started with a Kir Champagne, followed by an amazing little appetizer, which only added to the experience. Fresh made bread like we've never tasted before. A nice glass of wine for us both. The menu is seasonal but we had starters of haddock and pork for me, followed by mains of cod loin and chicken (so succulent). Mum had an apple cheese cake and I, the cheese board, followed by a coffee. All were amazing and not too filling. Service was excellent from all staff from beginning to end. Highly recommended”

“Lovely place, took my daughter for her birthday, she’s pescatarian and there was a good choice for her. We had the roast beef Sunday lunch which was really well cooked and pink as we like it. My daughter had the herb crusted cod which looked lovely, she cleared her plate. Wine was of good quality, all in all a brilliant place for a special occasion. Portions are very big and I couldn’t finish mine regretfully as it was delicious.”

“We had a a delightfully delicious lunch today at Juniper. The food was cooked to perfection for both of our meals with lovely flavours. We were so impressed we are looking forward to celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary later on in the year with our family of foodies, but will obviously visit again before then. Particular favourite of mine was the pork belly which was tender and so tasty. It was nice to meet the talented chef at our table and Rob made our experience very comfortable with the right amount of welcome, service and information. A great introduction to this little gem.
