“We popped to Hoole a few weeks back and had seen this restaurant and said we'd come back and try it. So we did and oh my days it was so delicious. The portion sizes were huge. There is an option to choose half portions which I thought was a lovely idea and great for lunch times if you didn't want a big meal. We will definitely be coming back”

“Absolutely phenomenal! Ribeye cooked to perfection, chunky chips were really nice and cooked well. Stilton Diane sauce was also really good. The star of the show for us unbelievably was the white chocolate cheesecake with berry compote. This dessert was so light and tasted amazing, honestly one of the nicest things ive ever tasted! Served by Holly, fantastic service and friendly smile. Made sure we were looked after during our visit. Very informative and well presented. The dining area was very clean and modern, a real nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. 5 stars all round.”

“Best roast dinner in the city! In such beautiful surroundings too. My only gripe is that there was zero toilet paper in the ladies in any cubicle and no staff around to replace it. Other than that I will be back again and again. Lots of non alcoholic choices, the Watermelon Cooler is THE best non alcoholic cocktail I’ve ever tasted”

“We recently stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Liverpool and visited the 360 Sky Bar during our visit. There had been a slight mix-up with our room – nothing to do with the Sky Bar – but we ended up speaking with the Sky Bar Manager, Hayley who had warmly greeted us on our arrival. She truly went above and beyond for us. We had been given some drinks tokens as a goodwill gesture, and we asked if we could have something other than Prosecco, as we were hoping for soft drinks instead. When I explained to Hayley why we’d been given the tokens – even though the issue had nothing to do with her or her team – she took the time to really listen and understand what had happened. Hayley then went out of her way to speak with the hotel management to see what could be done to make our stay special. Again, this wasn’t something she needed to do – it wasn’t her department – but she genuinely cared and wanted to help in any way she could. She made our daughter’s 21st birthday incredibly special and memorable – she absolutely spoiled her and made her feel like a VIP. We went on to have some cocktails which were delicious and the desserts here are so good too! Views from here are stunning, especially at sunset. Hayley is an absolute credit to the Sky Bar and the hotel. Her hospitality skills are exceptional, and her team is clearly a reflection of her brilliant leadership. We felt truly looked after, and she turned a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. Thank you, Hayley – you made all the difference!”

“I highly recommend Olive and Grape, a welcome new addition to the Rose Lane eatery scene. The menu is really interesting and varied making choosing what to order difficult (only because I wanted everything on the menu). The food was fresh, flavourful and looked picture perfect. Everything i and my partner ordered was great so there was no food envy. There's a great selection of wines by the glass. The service was also attentive and friendly. I hope Olive and Grape continue to do well and I certainly will be patronising as often as my finances allow.”

“We'd not been to The Bistro since Covid & it was lovely to be back. The restaurant has been redecorated & looks good. The staff as always were very friendly , welcoming & helpful. The menu was pretty much as it has always been with plenty of choice for all tastes. The food comes well presented is very tasty , well cooked & plentiful. Just a shame that they do not offer their special mid week offers any more which would maybe tempt us to visit more often. We brought 2 friends with us who had never been here before & they too were very impressed & pleased with their meals. We look forward to our next visit.”

“We visited days ago in the morning. They are quite full and long queue while the waitresses still able to arrange seat quicklyand politely. We sat outside and running rush for the open day of University, while they can pick and deliver our order quick, sweetly check in advanced. The efficiency, smartness and politeness are seldom found now. Not to mention, the fluffy pancake, full breakfast and smoothies are awesome. The handwritten “Thank you” note on the receipt further elevates our satisfaction. Definitely will come again next time to Liverpool~~”

“Ordered here for lunch. Food was absolutely delicious, quite literally the best food I've had in quite some time. Delivery was quick food was still hot when it arrived, sauces came separately from the main so it wasn't soggy at all. 10/10, would recommend.”

“Husband and I went for an early tea as we had the opportunity of a baby sitter! Food is always fantastic here, I have literally never had a bad meal after visiting for 15+ years. Marc heads up a team of exceptional chefs whilst the waiting-on staff make sure you are well looked after. Michelin star quality food but with better portion sizes. The mix of French classic cuisine with some Asian dishes and top notch Italian pastas never ceases to amaze me. The menu is small (ish) but executed perfectly. There is a reason this place is booked up weeks in advance, but if you're in the local area you simply must visit”
