The customers including myself and young child was terrified as we were stuck in the store and was moving around the store to find safety. The staff were amazing! They done all they could to contain him and keep us safe and get us out safely ,even trying to calm my terrified child,even though they were still being attacked by this man. “Becket House is an immigration reporting centre in London Bridge. People who have been granted temporary admission or their immigration status require them to report to a local Home Office branch are the service user of Becket House. It is normally quite busy in the morning and you may que up half an hour to an hour before being admitted into the building. You will be queuing up on the street outside the reporting centre so wear appropriate clothing. Upon entering the building you will be required to go through a metal detector and all of your belongings will be scanned. You then line up in a queue again and wait for your turn to be seen by an immigration officer at the window. Home office staff routinely collect paper from those who are queuing up inside just to sign on to lessen the waiting time of service users. Officers call out your name and return the paper when the signing in is complete. The scary thing about this place is that it has a short term holding facility and you could be detained there and moved to an immigration removal centre. The best practice to follow when you go to report there is to carry all the necessary paperwork and a basic mobile phone with all the important phone numbers saved on your sim card. You normally are treated with dignity and respect and in return expected to treat others the same. And remember, do not use mobile phone inside the building.”

“4 of us came here for a birthday celebration. We bought the premier tickets which included a 5 course meal and a glass of fizz. We were greeted at the red carpet entrance outside and shown to our booth which was private whilst having an excellent view of the stage. Following someone impossibly glam through a glittering venue filled with people in their finery is quite an experience! We watched the cabaret based on West Side Story, while a little tenuously connected to the plot of Romeo and Juliet, it is tremendous fun. We enjoyed both sexy and jaw dropping acrobatics/ magic and all the good stuff for a cabaret. For an evening I thought it was both a great way to spend time together and great value. The table service is with wait staff in quite eye catching outfits; contributing to the overall ambiance it really helps get in the swing of things. Zanier and Myron supplied us with quite a few cocktails - which slipped down with quite a bit of glee on the part of the recipients… A great evening, give it a go!”

“There seems to be a lot of negative reviews of this place, but in comparison to the local Boots, this pharmacy is amazing. Firstly, they will pick up your phone - sometimes you may need to call twice, but they do pick up. Boots would never. They have all the essential medications ready on the same day, and at Boots I had to wait 3 days to get very commonly prescribed antibiotic. At Boots I had to wait 5 days for my repeat prescription that they already filled many times. In this pharmacy it’s always ready on time, and when my repeat prescription was changed to a lower dose, they called me to check if this was correct or if I needed them to contact my GP to issue more. When I was in the pharmacy I was offered free vaccinations as a walk-in instead of having to schedule. I was always given great advice when it comes to vitamins and dealing with other small health ailments. They even ordered a beauty product I requested so I could buy it there instead of ordering online. Exceptional service that puts patient care first. Highly recommended!”
