Emails are answered within hours and acted on. Outside referrals chased up. I was even phoned when I needed a '2 week red alert' app to see if I'd got an appointment. My consultant had recommended a change in medication... Within 2 working days, this had been actioned, and I was phoned to inform me. Both doctors have taken time to listen and get to know me, as I have a complex medical history. So far MEGA-impressed and what a dramatic contrast to the surgery I left just a few minutes away I was also able to make an on-line app for less than 2 weeks away.”

“I don’t really know what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve never had an issue with this surgery since 2020. Every time I have needed an appointment, they have given me one for the same week, even the same day. The doctor is nice and helpful, addresses all concerns. I had blood tests today by the nurse and she was very kind and understanding, she reassured me and distracted me as I am not good with blood. Reception staff are nice and helpful as-well. Also anytime I have needed a prescription, it has been sent over to my nominated pharmacy within 24 hours. No complaints from me.”
