“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”

“If you are looking for a no frills room that is in a superb location, this hotel is for you. I only stayed one night for business. When I checked in I was feeling terrible and I arrived early. Check in wasn't for another hour, I was going to cancel my room and book at another Marriott since I have status and usually can check in early. The young lady working at the front desk was super helpful and saw that I wasn't feeling well, I didn't catch her name I wish I had because she sprung into action. She told me to have a seat and she was going to see what she could do to help. She was so kind and empathetic and was able to get me into a room quickly so I could rest. I appreciated that gesture beyond belief! The room was clean, no frills, just a bed, small bathroom and necessities. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, the rooms are exactly that of a cruise ship. The location is across the street from Victoria train and underground station with food and transportation. Even though it was only for one night, it was a wonderful experience with Marriott hospitality that makes me continue to be a loyal customer.”

“I’m very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived Melissa from the reception helped us to check in and she was lovely! Also Peter from the executive lounge was such a kind and warming staff member. He gave us some drinks even though it was already late. He always made sure we were okay. Actually i’m very satisfied about all of the staff. They were all so friendly. The rooms were amazing! And the beds…. Wow, i didn’t want to get out. Haha. The food quality in general could be better, but your hear no complaints from me. Im happy. Compared to a lot of other hotels where you pay exactly the same this hotel is just very very good!”

“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

“We were very satisfied with our stay at Motel One Tower Hill. The hotel is modern, quiet, and perfectly located to explore London. The only thing that might be a matter of personal preference is that the windows cannot be opened. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We definitely recommend it!”

“We stayed here last weekend so we could attend the Rugby World Cup Final & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Hotel was easy to get to & parking was available on sight if you arrived early enough. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of different options. The location is super convenient for most tourist attractions. The Waterloo station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.”

“Very nice hotel. I loved. Mattress really comfy. Room is very useable. Breakfast downstairs good regular intercontinental breakfast. But upstairs Daniel is amazing ! His coffee is the best coffee in London. He is kind and very helpful. And reception girls so lovely. They help about some recommendations restaurants and top places around the hotel. Gym have enough cardio and dumbbells.”

“Never easy to find new words to describe hotels! HI Stratford was busy during our stay-but managed to keep the personal touch. Attentive reception helped us with early access to room. Parking on site pre booked and it’s only a small park but again, all smoothly arranged. Breakfast a bit of a lottery getting a seat as it was extremely busy but servers cleared spaces quickly and the food offer was very good. All in all a pleasant experience. Thank you HI Stratford!”

I havent received such a warm inviting interaction with someone when checking into a hotel, she had a genuine warm presence about her and was very professional and kind. “My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

“This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.”

“Usual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?”

We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.”

“I stayed here last week and had a wonderful time. The room was very well cleaned and had a decent view out to the main road + the matresses were soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed their free breakfast as well. The next tube station is just a 10 minute walk away which is super convenient. (Bus even less with just a 2 minute walk) The staff was very pleasant and even assisted me with a call when I ordered some food to the hotel. I'd definitely come again. :)”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn and was fully satisfied with everything. The room was very clean and comfortable, the facilities left nothing to be desired, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. What stood out most was the excellent service – the entire team was always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Sophie, Karolina, Alexandra, and Sam, who made my stay even more pleasant with their attentive and welcoming manner. Because of them, I truly felt at home. “Never been to this Travelodge before but I’ve stayed in many and this one is a good position, close to the end of the M1. It’s a little convoluted to get here, certainly if you’re coming down from the M1 but Google is your friend so just follow her directions and she will guide you in. There is parking…..yes you heard right, there is parking at the rear of the Hotel and I had no problem, even with the big Audi. The parking registration computer was broken so Erica the receptionist explained and gave me a form. Special mention about Erica, she was lovely and explained about breakfast, which I had booked. There was a large party in so advised I get down PDQ after 0800 to get a fuss free sitting. She sorted me a room which was on the opposing side of the hotel to the train line which runs at the back of the car park and I guess could be noisy in the night. I got into 208 on the second floor and it was the same as normal, boring but familiar, which as a business customer, is exactly as you would wish. The room was clean, tidy and well set out. I love that there are USB sockets x4 although maybe 2 could be USBc if I was being picky. Overall the room was great. I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 because there were a couple of things which let it down somewhat. The first was possibly the only thing I would actually complain about and that was the toilet flush which the chrome was breaking off which left jagged and will certainly cut your finger if you were unaware or maybe a child. The rest are just observations which wouldn’t affect your stay but maybe not what you would expect from a company of this stature. The chairs were both damaged, the desk chair because it was not ment to fit under the desk and rubs each time. The shower extractor is very rusty, as is the bottle opener, there is condensation damage to the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower wall holder. Would this stop me coming again? No, not at all as it fits my needs exactly.. I will mention the toilet flush though”

“We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.”

“I stayed here for three nights while attending Comic Con a couple of stops away on the tube. Reception staff were nothing but friendly and helpful any time I needed them. They were even happy to keep my bag in a cloakroom while I was at day 1 of the event and checking in quite late after it was over (about 9pm) wasn't an issue. The room was minimal frills, but had a nice spacious bed that was quite comfortable. The shower worked fine, as did the TV, and there's a hairdryer and clothes iron provided if you need it. A bonus point was the nice big window providing a decent view of the skyline nearby. Everything was clean and well kept and my room was cleaned every day while I was out so no complaints there. There is a bar in the lobby that's open from midday until 2am which was good for a nice pint to wind down after a day at the con. There is also breakfast included in the price which is good compared to some hotels that charge extra for it. It's fairly basic standard hotel breakfast stuff but it's certainly not bad for what it is. The bacon in particular was pretty good. Only real issue was that one of the two lifts wasn't working due to maintenance, so the one remaining lift could get quite packed with people, but this was at least warned ahead of time when making the booking. Overall very solid hotel for the price, especially as it's conveniently situated nearby to venues such as the O2 and Excel.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”
