“I popped into The George in Harrow recently and was really impressed with how much it’s changed since the new owner took over. The vibe is genuinely friendly — staff were chatty and welcoming, and it had that easy, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Watched the football there, and I loved that you could see the screens clearly no matter where you sat, which was perfect. Drinks were decently priced too, so it didn’t feel like you were getting stung just to enjoy a pint. And it’s spotless. Like, noticeably clean. I’ll definitely be heading back!”

“The pub has great food and the drinks prices for hostel guests were really good. The pub was very lively on the Friday night and had karaoke going and everyone singing along. We also stayed in the hostel, the beds were comfortable, the room had air conditioning in case of a hot summer day, and everything was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and went above what was expected to make us comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“New roast is OFF THE HOOK... best roast had out and about for a while, had beef, which was superb. Great portion size too... top Sunday atmosphere in there, football was on but wan't domineering the whole pub. Food came in a very acceptable time and staff attentive... and a special shout out for the Bloody Mary's too. Double recommended!”

I enjoyed my facial and hot stone massage and would like to thank Selina very much. We could choose a lunch from the bar menu to a value of £25 if we didn’t want to choose from the set spa day lunch menu. I went with my daughter for my 60th Birthday treat and would recommend. Such a relaxing place.”

“Our outdoor kitchen and room , built by Ghost is just beautiful and has added to the quality of life for our family. Blessed with almost our own rugby team, family get togethers often leave us fighting for space. We decided what we needed to do was use our garden, remove our old broken down shed and invest in an outside space that would give us the extra space for gatherings or for work or to get away from the family for a bit of piece. From start to finish everything was handled by Ghost, from planning, managing all contractors and keeping us fully briefed at each stage of the build. Having this additional space has saved us money on moving house. We now have a great room, outside kitchen with large BBQ space and our very own bar. Happy, happy customer!”

“I go to this school, it is a brilliant school and amazing for teaching young girls. First of all the people that are saying that their 'son' used to go to this school is lying. Bhs is a gdst school which means girls day school trust. This means it is a school for girls. Secondly, the people saying that this school was or is getting shut down are lying. The senior school is getting rebuilt in some areas and should be finished by this year.”

“The room looks as if it has been recently refurbished. It was clean and bright, the bed was comfortable. The secondary glazing kept the street noise to an acceptable level. The heating and hot water worked well although the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't. Three wasn't a chair or desk in the room, but a kettle with tea and coffee were provided.”

“We stayed for 5 nights here, and I have to say that the very helpful, always happy and really kind staff made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are rather small, and there's no elevator, but all is clean and looked after. Breakfast is included in the price, which is great. The location is just fabulous, easy to get there and very safe. Would highly recommend it.”
