Every visit, every suit, (our son has now had 5 fitted suits) the staff knows exactly what to do. Sizes spot on, and if the suit needs tailoring, honestly the team work like magicians. At the time of visiting to buy a count and to pick up an online order, there was a sale on and some great products for men and women. There is a choice of taking receipt or having it emailed. I found it easy find the email with receipt for a return and will now choose to have all emails sent to me as it made the return easier. If you like casual.
