Also the apartment has a kitchen with all you need. The area is quiet. Also the rooms have conditioned air that work both for cold and warm. The breakfast was very good.”

“We were very satisfied with our stay at Motel One Tower Hill. The hotel is modern, quiet, and perfectly located to explore London. The only thing that might be a matter of personal preference is that the windows cannot be opened. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We definitely recommend it!”

“What a marvelous hostel! I had the best time here. It has a great atmosphere with a really friendly group of travelers, and the price is right! Just FYI, this is DEFINITELY a party hostel, and they go very hard here! If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vibe, you are going to want to keep looking. “I recently had the pleasure of visiting a house item shop where I received exceptional service from an employee named Samir. From the moment I walked into the store, Samir was attentive and eager to assist me with my hardware needs. His knowledge of the products in the store was impressive and he was able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. Samir's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. In addition to his excellent customer service, Samir went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He even offered suggestions on alternative products that could better suit my needs and budget. Overall, my experience at the shop with Samir was outstanding. His expertise and dedication to customer service are a testament to the quality of the store and its employees. I would highly recommend this hardware shop, and especially Samir, to anyone in need of hardware supplies or advice.”

“The team, Natalie and Issy, were really helpful and hands on throughout the whole process. I felt as if I could just leave it all to them if I wanted to and at times I did as I was away. Otherwise they’ve made it very easy to engage and discuss on details I wanted for the renovation.”

“We stayed here last weekend so we could attend the Rugby World Cup Final & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Hotel was easy to get to & parking was available on sight if you arrived early enough. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

“A great premierrr inn, a stable hotel with high cleanliness and attentive staff. The location is great, 10 minute walk from the train station, close the supermarkets (Sainsbury’s across the road). There is a gym opposite the road (The Gym). Very close to many bars, and restaurants with a theatre just two minute walk away. Attached is a steakhouse, brilliant menu and great food. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the food you receive.”

“From the moment we arrived, our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London-Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. The service was flawless, and the entire property was impeccably clean. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely engaging. We were especially grateful for the unexpected and very helpful early check-in they arranged for us, which made a huge difference to our trip. A special mention and huge thank you must go to Neha, Rev, Shahrul, Aqil, Nashid, Revanth, and Mehmet for their super service. They truly made our visit memorable. As an unexpected, delightful surprise, we also received extra cookies as a gift—and they were super good and yummy! It was such a thoughtful touch that capped off the great service. This is definitely a place I would stay again in the future, without hesitation. Highly recommended!”

“Stunning exterior and interior of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they have this victorian feel to it. Granted it is not the biggest for the price (Around £190/245usd a night). The only complains were the room doors arent exactly sound proof. You can hear when your neighbours come back and you can hear if people are talking right outside. Probably because the room i stayed in(241) has a visible gap underneath the room door. The ventilation in the bath room dont seem to work well, if you take a hot shower, it fogs up the toilet pretty badly. I mentioned it to the counter staff for maintenance to check and was quickly brushed off with its normal, its like that. The location wise is excellent. It is literally right beside Gloucester station which has Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport. Great connectivity via Central/district lines to the city centre as well. There is a Tesco express just opposite and a larger Sainsbury's supermarket around a 8 mins walk away. Multiple food options are within stone throw. Just the location alone deserves 5 stars. Overall I had a rather pleasant stay.”

“I loved everything. The hotel is 5 minutes from Pimlico underground station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria station. Very clean, it feels more like staying with family than in a hotel. I love the very British lounge. We sat down for breakfast, which was kindly offered to us. Excellent concierge service, super friendly and helpful. We'll be back again at the end of October. Thanks to all the staff.”

“I had a great stay at the Premier Inn Hub in Farringdon. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Farringdon Station and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-designed for a city stay. The room was compact (as expected), but incredibly efficient, with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, smart controls for lighting and temperature, and good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay again — perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, affordable, and central London base.”

“Very satisfied with our stay at the Hub. The hotel was happy to store our bags prior to check in. The room was spotlessly clean & the beds were comfy (though we did request extra pillows). The nighttimes were peaceful & there was a black out blinds on the window. All the staff, including the duty manager & chefs were very friendly & happy to accommodate my partners dietary requirements and the bar/breakfast are was comfortable. The location was very convenient, as was the 12 noon check out time. I would note even the larger of the rooms are on the small side & perhaps more suitable for a single person and I found the way the lighting in the bathroom was connected to the lighting in the room a little odd.”

“We just used this hotel for one night to see a show. Location was brilliant - a minute from Carnaby Street and Soho. Check in was hassle free, and the room was perfect. Not huge, but there was a classic Premier Inn bed, great shower, and everything you needed for your stay. The room was spotless! Service was excellent. We needed a couple of extra pillows that were provided without fuss. All in all, a nice place for a short stay!”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”

“Probably the best hostel in all of London! The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from Tower Bridge and Tower of London, which is also a Circle and District line station, making travel around the city very easy. Check in was simple, and the rooms have pretty comfy bunk beds with assigned lockers to store your things. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were very kind should you want to replace your towels or linens or anything. The shower is notably wonderful -- great pressure and temperature. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view out onto this gorgeous church next door! There's fans in each bunk if you're too hot, and radiators if you're too cold. The bar downstairs only opens at 6, but it's a great spot to hang out with lots of mat-covered benches, a pool table, and an L-shaped bar in this cool arched brick space, staffed by super cool and friendly people (shoutout to Cassie here!) and full of friendly fellow patrons who are happy to chat to anyone in the vicinity. Laundry was somewhat expensive at 5 pounds a load for washing, but they provide detergent which was a godsend, and let's be honest, this is London. The cafe near reception has great coffee, and a variety of pastries, as well as a nice little sit-down, bookshelf-laden area to enjoy them. I'd recommend them any day, and will likely be booking back in again in the near future! Thanks so much Wombat!”

“I recommend this hotel if you want to be within easy walking distance for Abba Voyage. I stayed for two nights in a double room that was well kitted out and spotlessly clean. “The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”
