“Went there to get a blood test done. I parked at the king georges and walked to barley court which was 3/5min walk. Barley court did have its own parking but i couldnt find its entry. There wasnt any queues outside so i buzzed and the nurse let me in. There were 4 ppl at the station n everyone was ready to receive patients n keep things moving. It was clean inside n i didnt see anything that would put me off. The nurse who took my blood was friendly n sweet.”

“There seems to be a lot of negative reviews of this place, but in comparison to the local Boots, this pharmacy is amazing. Firstly, they will pick up your phone - sometimes you may need to call twice, but they do pick up. Boots would never. They have all the essential medications ready on the same day, and at Boots I had to wait 3 days to get very commonly prescribed antibiotic. At Boots I had to wait 5 days for my repeat prescription that they already filled many times. In this pharmacy it’s always ready on time, and when my repeat prescription was changed to a lower dose, they called me to check if this was correct or if I needed them to contact my GP to issue more. When I was in the pharmacy I was offered free vaccinations as a walk-in instead of having to schedule. I was always given great advice when it comes to vitamins and dealing with other small health ailments. They even ordered a beauty product I requested so I could buy it there instead of ordering online. Exceptional service that puts patient care first. Highly recommended!”

“A very friendly and welcoming surgery. During covid it was bit difficult to get an appointment as you had to ring within certain times now it has all changed and back to normal the reception staff are very good and competent also the nurses here are good and friendly The place shares the space with another surgery located in the building which makes parking spaces limited so if you have a early morning appointment you most probably get some parking space if not you will have to park illegally in nearby roads and hope you don’t get a good ticket”

They've added another 2 consultantion rooms, changed the booking system so that you can request an appointment any time during their opening hours. I never have to wait to see a doctor with my son, all requests have been answered to within an hour, I had immense support in every possible way. My son has ASD and ADHD with some other issues and they've supported us incredibly. The doctors are fantastic. They also have a physiotherapist for specialist appointments. Hats off! “First class service across the years . Medical professionals are superb . I don't understand the low ratings. This group of wonder workers quite literally saved my life . Blood ,problems, cancers and other vascular illnesses were swiftly and thoroughly pursued and pushed by the doctors exerting pressure on hospital consultants to check me . The hospital teams checked and started a long term investigation of the ailments. Luckily the problems were found and were surgically and medically treated.
